Ideally located and equipped for a family with toddlers. The beach is very close with private avces. You just have to cross the road to find a children's park with inflatable games. Thank you to Philippe and Sebastien for their welcome and responsiveness.

Very beautiful house. Beautifully decorated. Lots of personality and charm. Very nice little private outdoor area. We felt very much at home. Few steps away from a very nice beach. Great host who gave useful instructions and recommandations. Very busy area with lots of tourists and not so charming shops and restaurants. But the host gave us great recommandations to restaurants and where to go. We had a lovely stay and I would certainly come back.

Very nice house in the city center, enough space for 4 people. Ideally located close to all shops: bakery, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Very clean house. The air conditioning was very appreciated in the evening after a day of walking or beach, especially in the middle of August.

Loved it! The host, Olivier, and his wife were highly attentive and friendly. They really made us feel like pampered guests, welcoming us into their home and taking time to talk to us about Montpellier and the surrounding region. The property was clean and comfy for me, my wife, and my 3-year-old son. When we were there in April 2025, the city was installing a tram on nearby Rue Clemenceau, which means that getting into the center will be lightning fast when it's done. Even without the tram, though, it's a short (maybe 10-minutes?) and lovely walk to the heart of town. A playground nearby (just off Rue Clemenceau) was perfect for my son; the house's private grounds were also nice for him to play in. A large supermarket and other retail are on Rue Clemenceau -- a 2- or 3-minute walk. Absolutely no complaints! Tip: The plage de l'espiguette is a huge and scenic sandy (not stony!) beach that's about a 35-minute drive from Olivier's house. Thank you, Olivier!

Emilie was an extremely responsive and helpful host from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. She messaged us to let us know when we could check in and all the details (from finding parking and entering the building) were descriptive and easy to follow. We loved the space, which was quiet and peaceful- even though we were walking distance from everything we wanted! There were so many little touches like jam, chips and waffles that made us feel welcome. Highly recommend - Emilie was lovely and Montpellier has my heart.

We loved our stay in Montpellier. The place is large, very comfortable and it’s lovely to have a pool in the back garden. Communication was great and we’d highly recommend the house!

The accommodation is close to the exhibition center, which was very convenient for us. Pleasant and well maintained, close to amenities, with parking nearby. Florence is a very welcoming host, we recommend it!

Peaceful haven, excellent place to recharge your batteries,do not forget your Bonnets for the municipal pool right next door and enough to walk comfortable with the beautiful park not far if not beach easily accessible by bike , restaurants in the port ...thank you Anne .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at your place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The property was exactly as described – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, local restaurants, and major sights. I especially enjoyed a comfortable bed it made my stay even more special! Communication was excellent; they were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in

Our stay with Andrea was great! He was responsive and incredibly accommodating. He personally made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. The lived in touches to his home are perfect. There are many airbnb rentals that feel thrown together and unwelcoming....this is not one of them. The neighborhood is quiet but a short walk from everything you would need. The space itself is picture perfect and very clean. We traveled in by car which Andre helped with parking, so no problem at all. We only stayed for a few days and were very sad to leave. I don't often recommend places as everyone has a different set of needs or perspectives, but this is an ideal stay for those that want something that feels lived in and cared for.

Had a great time in this little cocoon. Linda is very responsive and available. I've never seen such a clean Airbnb! The studio is independent of the house and even if you live "in" the house, you feel like you have a perfectly independent home. The city center is easily accessible by bike but there is construction going on right now that makes traffic difficult in the area. Thank you for this great stay! And thank you for all the special touches. 😊
