We had a great stay by the sea. The accommodation is as described, very good bedding, equipped and 20 m from the beach. We were able to easily visit the surrounding area.

We had a nice week of family vacation in this place well suited for children, swimming pool close to the accommodation and quiet in the evening. The sea is also close by car with free parking. Recommended stay. Elodie and Cédric

Quiet location and ideal for city tours. Private parking is an unquestionable asset. Very spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Ideal for families with children (games and indoor and outdoor spaces).

We spent 2 quiet nights in Nathalie's place. The amenities were as described. The house was very clean. Location close to the highway and the N113 which makes it easy to get to Montpellier, Nîmes or the seaside. The hotel's restaurant (very nice team) allows you to have a meal on site without having to drive.

Spacious space The linens provided are a real plus as are the TV in the largest room. The residence is quiet and the underground parking is very nice! We also appreciated the fact that all the outlets are secure (9 month old baby with us!) as well as the loose machine available! The terrace is very large, the weather did not allow us to appreciate it so we will have to come back to sunny days!

The place is just perfect!!!!! Everything is very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. The area is very nice and full of life. Nathalie is a very nice woman and full of energy. Nathalie and David respond very quickly to messages if you have any questions, it's very reassuring. I highly recommend this apartment. Montpellier historic center is splendid!!!

This is our second stay with Erika (the 1st was during the summer of 2023) and we are still as satisfied with the accommodation offered😁. The accommodation is true to the listing, close to the beach on foot (about 5’), and close to the port and the center of Carnon (15’ max walk). Erika's welcome is always great too. The place is quiet, the terrace pleasant, and the accommodation has air conditioning, which is nice when it's very hot. In short, it is not excluded that we should come back a third time😉!

Apartment in a good location, quiet and well-equipped. It corresponds to the description and was very clean. Very convenient also to keep our bikes safe at night. It was very nice this week so we were still able to enjoy the shaded terrace at the end of October. We also enjoyed the self check-in and check-out. I recommend this superb apartment which is close to everything on foot, no need to repaint the car during his stay everything is to be carried from us. Freddy is super responsive, very kind and his explanations are very clear. The residence has a private swimming pool which is just great for small and large. Brigitte greeted me during my check-in. Caring and very friendly, she showed me everything I needed to know to feel comfortable in the apartment. She provides her phone number just in case. The apartment is nice, and the bedding is very good. The best is the direct proximity to the waterfront. Sunrise and sunset every day live from the balcony. Access to the beaches is very easy with a private gate. Access to the center of palavas and its restaurants is on foot in 10 minutes on foot, on the promenade along the coastline. I was traveling for work, and I felt like I was on vacation! I highly recommend the place and the host.
