We had a great stay by the sea. The accommodation is as described, very good bedding, equipped and 20 m from the beach. We were able to easily visit the surrounding area.

Very friendly house adapted and comfortable to stay with children. Outside at the top with barbecue terrace cabin and swimming pool. Had a very nice week. Thank you to Marine for the communication and additional information. Only downside (because there is one: mosquitoes!! remember to equip yourself.

Great place to stay so you can enjoy the area with peace of mind. The setting is very pleasant, and Mathias and Charlotte do their best to make you feel comfortable, and leave everything you need.

The place is just perfect!!!!! Everything is very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. The area is very nice and full of life. Nathalie is a very nice woman and full of energy. Nathalie and David respond very quickly to messages if you have any questions, it's very reassuring. I highly recommend this apartment. Montpellier historic center is splendid!!!

This is our second stay with Erika (the 1st was during the summer of 2023) and we are still as satisfied with the accommodation offered😁. The accommodation is true to the listing, close to the beach on foot (about 5’), and close to the port and the center of Carnon (15’ max walk). Erika's welcome is always great too. The place is quiet, the terrace pleasant, and the accommodation has air conditioning, which is nice when it's very hot. In short, it is not excluded that we should come back a third time😉!

Apartment in a good location, quiet and well-equipped. It corresponds to the description and was very clean. Very convenient also to keep our bikes safe at night. It was very nice this week so we were still able to enjoy the shaded terrace at the end of October. We also enjoyed the self check-in and check-out. Great stay, the accommodation is clean. Bedding is fine 😀 The accommodation has board games, books to the delight of young and old, as well as games for the beach. Impeccable apartment, really very clean. Functional, with coffee, tea and sugar. The bedrooms had good bedding. The beds were nicely prepared with 2 linens per person. Two of the 4 bedrooms overlook a street with regular traffic. The decoration of the apartment is very nice as in the photos. Quick and pleasant exchanges with Arnaud.

We had a great time at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, very close to the beach. We really appreciated the modularity of the 3 bedrooms and the fact that there are 2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean and tidy. A home that doesn't make a showroom, with books, games, utensils, spices available, that make you feel at home:)

Despite January weather, I was still able to enjoy the beach (200m) and walking tours for daily walks. I felt good in this cozy, clean and well appointed little nest. Highlights: the heating, the comfort of the mattress, the secure parking, the belts and hooks, shelves, the welcome gifts, the covered loggia to admire the gulls and the calm. I forgot the view of the pond and boats. I'd recommend it without a second thought. And if I come back from the area, I'll get back to Lionel and Séverine. Kind regards, both of you!
