The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

Good place, matched expectations very well! It's perfectly located right by the train station, a 4 minute walk. From there just drop your bags and begin your exploration of historic Florcence!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

Laura was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions prior and during my stay which helped me make the most out of my trip. The appartment was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Florence. We enjoyed walking to great museums and restaurants. The apartment is GORGEOUS. We felt like we were living in a museum. It was a little nerve-wracking having small children in the house with so much nice and breakable stuff, but we managed ok because the apartment is HUGE with tons of room for everyone to spread out and create kid-safe spaces. There are a few narrow and turning steps to the lift, which made it difficult but not impossible for us to get our (small) stroller in. It would not be possible to get a larger stroller in the lift, so keep that in mind if traveling with small children.

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

Absolutely stunning views in the town and old world tuscan decor in the very private Villa. Amanda was an excellent communicator and helped with planning details about places to see as well as facilitating our very own private chef for pasta making/a dinner for our family of 5. The entire home was spotless and had every amenity you can think of. We even made cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve in the incredible kitchen. Our stay in the Villa was the highlight of our family trip during Christmas! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. 5 stars!!

Beautiful house, tidy and clean, I was there with my friends for New Year's Eve and we had a very good time, you can easily get there, there is parking and as an area it is very isolated and quiet, perfect for those who love to get away from the city. The presence of air conditioners in each room has allowed us not to suffer cold, especially for the time of year. I recommend bringing everything you need, because the first nearest supermarket is like a 25-minute drive away, but doable. The lady was very nice and helpful in everything, thank you and I'm sure I'll save the structure for the future, we'll be back.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

Giulia is a very courteous host. Upon arrival, he explained how to best use the house, the appliances and showed us what to find nearby such as shops and food. He gave us clear directions to public transport and how to get to the center of Florence. Check-in and check-out without any problems. Quiet house, surrounded by greenery and ideal for small and medium-sized animals. It also has a place for them and it has bowls of food and water ready for use. A very relaxing vacation and within walking distance of the center and a stone's throw from Chiantishire. Fantastic.

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Giglio was accessible and helpful at all times. Communication in English smoothly..The apartment is very cozy and corresponds to the photos. Giglio is a very friendly and empathetic person with whom we laughed a lot and welcomed us extremely lovingly and also said goodbye at the end.

My family and I stayed in early November. Wonderful apartment overlooking the dome of Santa Maria. A beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast, 3 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Big fridge. Lots of greens. Perfect for two families or one big like ours. Highly recommend

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
