Vacation rentals with a pool in Cassowary

Had a great 4 nights relaxing after travelling up the east coast and between 5 of us the price was a really good deal

To the Palm House team, thank you for a wonderful experience. Your home is perfect for our family, and we really could not have asked for anything more. Amenities are top-notch, access is easy, and walking distance to Palm Cove Esplanade is a breeze. I must compliment you on the bedding and linens; they were comfortable and had a nice luxury feel. All in all quality throughout the entire home. My only criticism is the pool access, could do with a ladder or steps of some sort, as getting in and out was a little difficult. So thank you team for a great stay and we will be back for another adventure with you as soon as we can arrange it Kindest regards N&S

We had a lovely time in Howard and Janine home. We enjoy not only the house amenities but also the neighbourhood. It is the perfect base to explore the area. Highly recommended and we would gladly stay again!

Loved our stay in Whitfield! Perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood. A bit cold this time for the pool though that didn't stop the kiddos! Our favorite was the veranda doors opening up and relaxing meals amongst the tropical trees. Would have loved to stay longer :)

Absolutely fantastic Airbnb! We had a few days here in Palm cove with family visiting from South Africa. We felt right at home and the extra touch of Tim tams and milk was such a delightful surprise especially because we could show our Australian culture and show them how to do a time tam slam! The house was immaculate and extremely peaceful and quiet, the pool was perfect for an afternoon cool off. We also used the local gym & pool that was in the estate, we signed up for a casual pass and found ourselves there every afternoon doing laps. It was a perfect getaway. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Palm cove, the beach was just walking distance and the home was in a stunning location. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you for such an amazing holiday!

Staff was very nice and accommodating for us, and the property itself is gorgeous in an incredible location. One minor concern was that it wasn’t disclosed to us that property itself uses an open air style format, and there were a number of doors / windows that do not fully close. In the tropics, this meant bugs getting into the house, and lack of proper air conditioning / temperature control. With that said, we didn’t see anything too bad and the house itself was easy enough to keep clean - thus less bugs than there could’ve been. If none of that’s an issue for you, then this place would be a 10/10 place to stay.

Very spacious apartment on well-kept gated resort complex with pools. Few minutes drive to city centre and harbour. Slightly dated but well-equipped with dishwasher, large washing machine, large fridge freezer and tumble dryer. Underground car park - car hire in Cairns is very cheap and we were glad we had one as the temperature and humidity made walking unpleasant. Fortunately the air conditioning in the apartment worked well. Excellent value.

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

The accommodation is in a great location on the Palm Cove esplanade with easy access to all of Palm Cove’s many restaurants, bars and boutique shops. The resort lagoon pool was in pristine condition. The accommodation was very clean with all the amenities provided. Thomas was a great proactive host with very prompt responses to our communications. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment on the top floor with great view of the sea and mountains. Around 15 min walk to main streets with loads of restaurants and shops. The pool was great and a much needed addition in the cairns heat! The apartment has all you may need including washer and dryer. we really enjoyed our stay ☺️

We were so happy with this lovely apartment. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the private patio area was well furnished too. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The kitchen are had everything you need. The resort is lovely and Heather on reception was wonderful. All in all I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely place. 5 stars!

This place was perfect for our stay in Cairns. We especially loved the pool. The host was kind and keeps the place very clean.

This was such a beautiful apartment and Bec thought of everything. We were very surprised when we found a washer and dryer, which made our stay more enjoyable to have clean towels and clothes. Everything from the gym, the amazing swimming pools and the ease of access to the shops and restaurants makes staying here a great experience. We are planning to stay again.
