The listing matched with the place. The house was spacious and clean. Price is fair for the accommodation. Accessing the residential was the only drawback as we kept having to show IDs/documents and explanations every time we went out and opening the car to get it reviewed.

Thank you Hellen for being kind, attentive and quick to answer my questions. The place is cozy, you can feel at home, although there are no microwaves, in case the food gets cold you should use the stove. It has a beautiful view, the place is safe and quiet, the residents are very friendly and polite. You can order food through the app although they are delayed because there is always traffic. The Uber knows those towers so they will take you without mishap. 100% recommended

The photos do not do justice to the property. It's so much nicer in person. The house is beautiful and Eugenia is always attentive and quick to respond. Susy and Eduardo are very attentive and ready to help. We were a family of 9 and had a spectacular time. Hay Paddle boards and kayaks to use in the lagoon. Thank you Eugenia ! We hope to go back

Very nice and clean

The accommodation is as described. Food, safe, clean, with parking, fluid communication with staff. The place is nice and there are restaurants in the area, you can also cook in the cabin there is everything you need. Important that the final lapse at the destination is terracería and a small and low cart may have inconveniences, especially in the rainy season.

Fredy's space is superb. Super recommended is close to important shopping malls, easy access and the wonder pass there. I hope to be back soon, the water pressure in the superb shower!

Santiago’s house is an incredible hidden gem in Amatitlan. The house is beautiful and well maintained throughout the exterior to the interior. The location of the house and the distance from the city was perfect! The view from each room was spectacular! It was safe, quiet and peaceful! The b da were very comfortable and so were the rest of the furnishings. Santiago was incredibly kind, accommodating and maintained very good communication with us throughout our stay. Santiago was attentive, responsive and thoughtful. The house had everything we needed and more. There is an onsite caretaker who was AMAZING! The caretaker was helpful, responsive and attentive but not intrusive. I highly recommend Santiago’s house to anyone travelling through Amatitlan.
