Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cascais e Estoril

We had a wonderful time at Jorge’s place. The house is wonderful, has everything you need. The pictures really don’t do it justice! It’s huge and beautiful and very comfortable. We travelled with our 2 young children (2 &4) and it was perfect. The outside space is also lovely, nice pool and outside seating with sun or shade. The area was lovely, supermarkets etc nearby. Also went to an amazing beach and restaurant on Jorge’s recommendation. Communication throughout was easy and helpful. They even stocked the fridge for us with dinner on our first night. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you! We’ll be back.

Rita's place was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We stayed with 8 adults & it was very comfortable for all. This place has everything you could need for your stay including a full kitchen with all equipment, several spacious double bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, there was a beautiful back garden area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a long table for meals outside. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. There was also a fantastic barbeque outside which we made use of and made lovely group dinners. The games room downstairs was an amazing touch and we had such fun using it. The location here was brilliant, it was about a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything you need closeby! We would highly recommend booking this place in Ericeira if you are planning a trip there. Communication with the host was perfect, we will be back! Great location at the heart of Sintra. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Guest should be aware that there is no parking nearby during day time and that the stairs to the apartment inside the house are very steep.

We were staying almost a full week with my wife and son. The hosts Ana & Jorge were super welcoming, helpful and supportive - one of the best experience we ever had on airbnb! Thanks a lot to Ana for the hospitality- we were feeling like at home! The apartment is very beautiful and has everything you need. The location is not in the most touristy center and this is so great - you have a great experience of calm and cozy neighborhood, with great small cafes, restaurants, and shopping mall nearby. Very easy to reach the touristic center and other must visit places like Sintra and Cabo da Roca. I highly recommend this option for your stay in Lisbon!

This is the second time me and my family stayed at Paulo's place because we had an excellent stay the first time around. With young kids its good to know in advance that I'm going to stay at a great place, plenty of space for the the kids to play around and also unbeatable area with super market literally just below, plenty of restaurants and bars, and the beach a less than 10 minute walk. Since I go often to Lisbon to visit family, it is good to know that we have an excellent and reliable place to stay close by.

Lino was super responsive to any questions/requests I had. He offered a lot of helpful local insights volunteered much help (e.g., making reservations for dinner at places impossible to book last minute). The view from all rooms are simply stunning!! Plenty of dining options near by, a few minutes drive to many wonderful beaches for swimming or surfing. Supermarket is three drive away as well, which also offer excellent cheap but nice cook to order quick bites. So much can be said about the property, location, and the host. Definitely one of the better gems from all the super hosts I have stayed with and strongly recommend to any sizable group of four to eight.

Pedro's flat was clean, large and exactly like pictures and description. Fast internet...at least 200Mbs d/u speed and direct access to router if one needs to plug directly via ethernet. The location in Alfama is very central and is on main road with the 28 trolley running directly in front of the building. The noise from street and trolley is minimal. For those who don't know Lisbon, the city in extremely hilly and Alfama even more, so be aware that you will be walking uphill or up stairs very often if you choose this neighborhood. There is another vacation rental upstairs from the flat and depending on how those guests may walk, there could be noise as it is an older building with wood floors. We were aware of small shower...which is accurate...but the volume/pressure of water and very hot temperatures made the shower better than most. Overall, Pedro's flat is great choice and met all expectations.

Annemie is charming and very kind! The accommodation is a true dream of natural beauty. All super organized and exactly as you see in the pictures, actually better than the pictures.

Lady Host is impeccable, always available for any matter. The place is great, supermarket, laundry and other nearby services. Easy accesses. We stayed for about two weeks.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. Everything was wonderful, clean and well equipped, and we really enjoyed our short stay there as a family, we were here for 7 nights. The check-in with the host was perfect and the communication during our stay was quick and smooth. We were even granted a late check-out on the day of departure, which was super helpful! We stayed 2 nights, the place have everything you need from soap to basic cooking condiments (if you need to cook). Parking space and easy, flexible check in. Big enough for 2 adults snd 2 kids . Would definitely stay again.

We have spent beautiful time in Lisbon during New year eve, Juan is an amazing host. He made us feel like home , the house is very cozy and perfect for our stay. Juan gave us lots of instructions and recommendations , he also checked on us that everything was good and we were okay. Will come bank definitely to stay there again!!

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Stayed for 4 nights with sports teammates. Maria was super responsive and accommodating. The flat was beautiful and well kept. I would definitely recommend Maria's flat.

Impeccable exterior for this kind of rental, sun, swimming pool, terrace, fireplace-barbecue, house "like at home" with everything you need to live there, well equipped with household electronics, quiet despite the "Portuguese" dogs who often bark at night but almost not in our case, quiet in the neighborhood, the market 100m from the house and supermarkets that are not very far either, my favorite beach (Princesa) 5 minutes by car.

Fabulous villa and Aksel and Sofia were so accommodation to us on check in and check out. Always responded so quickly, great communication. We went as a large family with grandparents and loved our stay. Kids also loved the pool

A great apartment with everything you need, a lovely terrace and a quick walk to the beaches and supermarket is just around the corner. We enjoyed that it was close to the old town but also good access to other beaches! A lovely stay and Ana Paula’s apartment was squeaky clean!!

Maria and Cesar are excellent hosts. The accommodation is in a lovely and private setting with everything you could need provided. They were both extremely helpful, especially when we had a minor problem with our hire car, but not at all intrusive. We loved our stay.

Was a very nice place to stay and ideal for two families

The place was very quiet, with a nice garden area. We didn’t even feel that the owner’s family was living upstairs, since we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had all the amenities needed, and slept very well in comfy beds. The fact that we were allowed to use the parking inside the house was very handy. The communication with Angelina was very easy and she responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais/Sintra areas.

Exceptional views of the ocean and sunset every night. Very good times with the family in the unmissable place of the house: the pool, a real pleasure when you wake up, at noon for an aperitif, and in the evening when you return from the beach!! What a fantastic house. Nice pool and very spacious house for our family with 4 teenagers. We enjoyed it. Lisbon close by Magical beaches 7 minutes Stores close by. And a very happy host ❤️
