What a great stay! Helen’s house was just lovely. Full of light, and so peaceful. Plenty of room for our large family gathering. Multiple spots for lounging and visiting, both inside and out. The hot tub was a hit with our teens/ young adults:) Fully supplied with everything you could possibly need. Great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants, but out of earshot of any traffic noise. Helen was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

This property was convenient, comfortable, and exactly as described in other positive reviews and pictures. Easy to find, park, and to check in; host was responsive and let us know we could check in early. The space was perfect for 2 adults and a 9-yr-old, with the added bonus of a front and back yard area. Super easy access to bike paths, restaurants/bars/coffee/breakfast spots, the beach, and surrounding San Diego attractions. We were very happy with our stay and would return!

The home was perfect! It is very well supplied and very walkable to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 adults. We enjoyed playing the board games at night. Definitely would stay here again next time visiting Carlsbad.

We needed a last-minute place near family in San Diego during the holidays, and this spot was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and ideal for a stay with a baby. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The host Naomi was very nice and responsive.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, family friendly home! Lots of things to do for the kiddos, my daughter and I felt right at home. Neighborhood felt safe and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Instructions were very clear with pictures so we didn’t need to guess or figure things out for ourselves. Easy to find and would recommend! Thanks Ken !!

Great Airbnb - we had a fantastic time. We were 2 families with 3 kids and there were lots of activities, toys, and beach toys for the young kids. The place was also a stone’s throw from the beach which was awesome. Super communicative and proactive hosts. Thank you! P.s. the surround sound for the TV is awesome 🔥

I love Ocean beach and especially dog beach. This place was in the middle of it all one block from the beach one block from Dog Beach and two blocks from the middle of town if you want to park your car and hang out with your dog, this is the perfect place. Our host were extremely responsive to any question we had. The washer and dryer was great and we really enjoyed the back patio. Five stars. Highly recommended!!

Rachel was a great host and very good at communicating and ensuring our stay was comfortable. Great location and easy to get anywhere you need. She was fast to respond and keep us informed of things when needed. Will stay again when we come back to the area.

I stayed here for a conference and found it met my needs well. This place is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to catch Uber rides to the beaches & restaurants. It is a very cozy space, and though I missed having a TV, I was out most of the day, so the affordable price made it worthwhile. The owner is very responsive to questions, and the area feels safe—I had no issues during my stay. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable spot for a short trip!

Had a great stay!

We loved our stay at this property. The bunk room for the kids was large and had plenty of space. The bathroom was very clean and modern -- great shower :) The location was perfect for us -- walkable to all the beaches around the bay and an easy 5-10 minute drive to everything else we wanted to do. Super safe neighborhood. Mary and Tony were extremely welcoming and helpful. One of our best stays ever!

Loved our stay here. Short walk to the beach and to shopping. Neighbors were very helpful with recommendations. Place was cozy. Fans in each bedroom!! Enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed at Lindsey’s place while our daughters were playing in the Surf Cup at Oceanside. The location is great. Short driving distance to most places that you want to go in the area. The complex has many amenities such as pool, hot tub, exercise room. The unit is spacious and has everything you need. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Lindsey!

I Can't say enough about Tracey's place; it was clean, well stocked, and a great location. Easily walkable to plenty of breakfast/lunch places and a few dinner spots. Belmont Park and all its activities are an 8 minute walk. Beach is a short jaunt across Mission boulevard and the Bay is even closer. It is a little warm for sleeping with no A/C but when the living room door is open there's a great cross breeze!! The planes do fly above early in the am, but there's earplugs on the nightstand that we took full advantage of. Great local spots nearby; the Beachcomber bar is one block away with dueling pianos on Thursdays; super fun local hangout!! Parking spot is tight; we had a Toyota Camry and it fit snugly so just be aware of your car size! Highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it!!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

We had a wonderful first trip to San Diego and felt that this location was perfect! Close to lots of things to do and we always felt safe. The condo was well kept and very clean. Host was very responsive and flexible!

We stayed here for the second time and remained pleased with our stay. The most beautiful view of the ocean, great walk along the beach, great restaurants just 5 mins away and in walkable distance. We are calling it our home away from home. We highly recommend this place.

Visiting Oceanside again, I will absolutely check to see if this is available. A few min walk to the strand, a few min walk to restaurants, close to PCH, I felt like I was living in someone’s home it had everything. I enjoyed my stay, would recommend this to others. Lots of room!

Unreal. From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we were stunned. The thoughtfulness, the thoroughness, absolute excellence. The pictures only provide you with half of what you can expect. The view was drop dead gorgeous, it felt like you were actually on the pacific. When we arrived the doors were open to let in the breeze, light music was playing, and it was like heaven. The place itself had anything you could want or need, coffee, espresso, bottles of wine, other things like vitamin C, fresh fruit, I mean really we have never had a bnb experience this wonderful. Checkin was easy, I was dumb and didn’t understand how to get the door code and Andy responded within literal minutes to help me figure it out. Very kind and personable. When you leave the apartment you step out to the boardwalk directly where there is so much going on,and it’s not super busy, at least when we went. Great restaurants within minutes, we checked out 4/5 places all walkable. Do not hesitate to book here!

Jesse was an excellent host - great communication and responsiveness. Space was as described, with a couple exceptions we were advised about. Would highly recommend this location and space.

Junn’s place was the perfect base for us in San Diego. The apartment was spotless with everything we needed, the building and its surrounding complex were quiet and we felt very safe. Having a reserved parking spot was so helpful too. We had an issue with the keypad lock one evening and Junn was so quick to respond with a solution for us, which was really reassuring (even though the problem didn’t even happen again!) If we’re ever in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book Junn’s place.
