This house is even better than the pictures! It’s beautiful and peaceful. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The house offered everything you could possibly need for your stay. The back yard is amazing! Beautiful water views and lots on animals to watch. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the strip to feel secluded, yet close enough to get to everything you need. Dollar General Market right down the road was very useful. We loved everything about our stay. The owners are very friendly and responsive also.

We came down to jet ski on the Tennessee River. It was the perfect place and location. Very spacious accommodations for our group. Jes was very responsive to our concerns and was a great host. Beautiful view of the river! The host provided everything we needed!

Farm charm and next to all the action!!! Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to be within walking distance to all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge!! We walked to the Island to play and to dinner at the Pirates Voyage dinner and show. The place looked great and worked perfectly for my family!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Nadia’s place was very clean, cozy, and provided plenty of amenities for my family, my young boys enjoyed the game room and indoor pool. The location was also very quiet and close to town for activities and attractions. I would highly recommend staying here if coming to Pigeon Forge.

This is a GREAT place for families or groups. Especially those who are active. Lots of room to move around. Appears that the owners are constantly reinvesting and keeping adding to the property and what it offers. Seeing eagles daily was a treat. While we were off peak season, the area is well maintained and worked for us and our extended family coming from multiple locations. This home and location is highly recommended!

Linda’s place was exactly what we needed for this weekend. We had a wedding to attend in the area and this place met all of our needs. I wished we could’ve used the outside more but time did not allow. The fire pit was very nice and the outside sitting was spacious.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Southern Comfort II. The property was open and spacious enough for a large gathering. Everyone could spread out and enjoy the amenities- hottub and game room. The entire home was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds/bath were very nice and far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The view was outstanding! Simply beautiful! The small town was quite sleepy, but we didn't decide on this location for such activities as we simply planned to be with each other. We highly recommend John and Southern Comfort II for a large gathering.

This house was perfectly located near the Baker Creek trails. The house was comfy and close to everything!

Jo was an excellent host! The Geneva Casita was warm and inviting with comfortable living room furniture and a roomy king sized bed. We appreciated the extra appliances, especially the toaster oven and crockpot since we ate in most nights. Communication with Jo was top notch! She was extremely responsive to any needs.

I stayed for multiple weeks while my son was recovering from surgery over Christmas. The home was decorated to make it extra special and make us genuinely feel at home for the holidays. Everything we needed! Comfortable beds, pillows, high quality towels and sheets. Great neighborhood to go on walks with friendly neighbors out walking dogs. So convenient to everything! Decorated with lovely details and high quality furniture to create a space where you want to spend time! A really special place with a friendly responsive caring host.

Had a great stay. Great location in Knoxville and close to UT. Dustin communicated well and we had no issues. Would recommend.

This property was even better than the pictures. It was perfect for multiple families - plenty of places to gather and visit, but lots of places for privacy too. Great place for kids too. Kitchen was amazing with double appliances and well stocked. I wanted to live in the giant fridge. Bathrooms aplenty, and guest house a bonus. The hosts were super responsive and helpful when we needed them. Super close and easy to Dollywood. We all were impressed and very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, though, for anyone who has trouble with those. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s house. This Victorian styled and historic home was awesome! The house was clean upon our check-in. The kitchen updates were perfect and there’s a lot of cookware and items that helped us make our family dinners and conversations in the dinning room special! There’s plenty of space to spread out with bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty! Highly recommend Amy and her property!

We were a family of 10 and had an extremely comfortable stay. The home was decorated very nicely and had amenities to complement everyone. Catherine was quick to respond to any issues and went out of her way to resolve them promptly. The home is located close to many attractions with minimal drive time. Highly recommended!!

Really beautiful and peaceful space the hot tub is really nice and spacious surroundings and also private! Everything I needed was at the house for use and was peaceful and safe

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to the strip and want to be near town. This place is great very clean and roomy. My family or 6 was very comfortable here and all had our own rooms. Love the fireplace and wooden interior.
