Amanda was an amazing host! She was very engaged & responsive, before during and after the our stay. Extremely cozy home. Would recommend taking a walk on the trail below the stairs of the duplex. It’s beautiful, lots of trees and greenery. We had a great time nonetheless thank you for hosting us! Appreciated the games.

Marcie's home was very nice. The unit was clean and tidy with comfortable furniture and beds. Marcie was helpful and answered questions that I may have had with a quick response. The location was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants. I will definitely stay with Marcie on my next visit to Durham. Thank you Marcie for a wonderful stay.

A great location and a clean, comfortable space. It was a chaotic weekend so felt incredibly fortunate to be able to stay in a clean and comfortable place in an easily accessible part of town.

We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. Perfect for an older couple with elevators and all on one floor. Comfortable bed , nice linens, everything we needed and lots to do nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Alexander was amazing during the whole booking process. He was accommodating and VERY responsive which I greatly appreciated since it was a last minute booking. The condo was beautiful and felt like a home. The beds were amazingly comfortable, I honestly didn’t want to leave lol. There were board games available to play even though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy them. There was sparkling water, tea and coffee available. It was very nice. I will definitely book with Alexander again. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, this is the place! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us 💕

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

Fully met our expectations. Convenient location to our areas of interest. Host/owner extremely effective in dealing with minor HVAC issue promptly and otherwise keeping tabs on how our stay went.

This condo was perfect for our trip to Raleigh. It is a walking distance to the Shops at Village District with plenty to do and see. The space was very clean and the host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking with Ralph and next time I’m in town I know where I’m looking to stay.

Stayed here for the Dreamville Festival! This cozy home was just as described. I will say the showers were on the smaller side but nothing to truly complain about. Daniel was a great host. The location was perfect, with a mall, restaurants, and movie theater located close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Location was excellent! Easy walk to downtown Durham. Place looked like the photos. Ann was a very responsive host!

The rainbow retreat was lovely. Love the ambience of the cottage. I felt safe and at home. Audra was very nice and checked in frequently to make sure we were okay during the stay.

Lucia’s condo was a great stay for my oldest daughter and me. We were able to walk most places and conveniently park and go as our busy schedule that week required. Lucia provided easy to understand directions on how to access the property. And speaking of the property, what a great place to stay! Lots of natural light in and everything was clean and made our stay feel like we were at our home!

Awesome stay in a very spacious apartment. Plenty of room, and comfortable furniture. It was nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.

I spent about 5 months at Michael’s place. He’s a great host and the Airbnb is clean, furnished, and has great amenities and a beautiful courtyard. The location is incredible. It’s right in downtown and walking distance to many restaurants. I’d be happy to return and even extend my stay if I could.

We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Location was exactly as pictured very nice place clean and pretty much had everything you need i felt right at home. Darryel was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed staying at this location will definetly be back when visiting NC.

The location of Alan's place is so convenient. Walkable and close to anything you might need/want/crave. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with any amenity you could dream of, and some you can't ;) It was the perfect place to stay and I recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!
