John was always on hand to speak to. messaged quickly. perfect spot for us near the middle of Windermere. apartment was a great size and had all we needed.

It would be difficult to find a better place to stay in Sedbergh than this. The flat's situated right in the middle of Sedbergh, but you enter down a secluded pedestrian alley and Sedbergh is a fairly quiet place anyway, so there's no intrusive noise whatsoever. Gaining access was very easy thanks to Nicole's precise instructions, and the flat feels very secure. The flat's spacious (especially for a solo traveller like me) and very well appointed, with everything required to store food and cook meals if you wish to pass up the delights of Sedbergh Pizza, the Haddock Paddock or the Black Bull. As an archive professional with an interest in historic maps, I particularly appreciated the framed maps which hang on the walls. I slept in the main bedroom and found the bed very comfortable. There's also a mezzanine floor with another double bed, so the flat could easily accommodate two couples if necessary. I love Sedbergh, plan to visit in 2025 and hope to stay here again.

Lovely little flat to base my Lakes adventures from. Good location, easy to find and get into, and had everything I needed. Felt very homely. Parking space is a little tight - but it's okay if you wiggle a bit. Would happily stay again (have actually already booked!).

Tom and Alison were both very accommodating and responsive hosts. The flat was homely and had many amenities such as a TV with streaming services set up, fast internet, and others that are usually not found. Great stay

Perfect for our needs as we were visiting family in the area. Great communication from Neil which made things so easy. The accommodation is situated withing walking distance of all the shops , pubs and restaurants that lil Ulverston has to offer. Parking was easy and Neil refunded our deposit for the car park ticket before we had even left the area. The accommodation is spacious, clean and tidy with everything that you need. Highly recommend for those little getaways. Thanks Nei,l our weekend was perfect.

Great stay at a view from within. David was a great communicator from the start which made things easy, very friendly host. The property is only a short walk from the centre of bowness but is still private and peaceful at the same time. The property itself is huge and probably even better in person than on the photos. Everyone was delighted with their rooms. The living room was a lovely cosy place to sit together at night and the jacuzzi/pool room was amazing, a great place to chill, shoot some pool or even just hang out at the bar area. It is a dog friendly property which meant our 2 Boston terriers were able to enjoy this luxury property with us. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils you would need and even though the Ice cube maker was out of order during our trip the hosts had even stocked the freezer up with ice for us. Great hosts and great property, highly recommended!

we had a great time here. Azy's place had everything we needed and even more. The kitchen wes very well equipped and all the rooms had a tv with dvd player, although we were too tired in the evening to watch anything. The kids have played on the lawn outside and I could even see them from the kitchen window. It was great to have the hot tub ready for us on arrival and the rooms were warm with comfy beds. Would definitely recommend for a family 👍🏻

I booked on behalf of some gentlemen we had working in Barrow, Kelly was fantastic, she was on hand, fast replies, patient and very helpful. She met our needs fantastically and quickly, Managed to get cleaners out to the house asap for us. I cannot fault her. Amazing.

We had a lovely long weekend in Windermere. The house is perfectly situated between Windermere and Bowness, in easy walking distance of both towns. It is well kitted out and very spacious - we especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room in front of the fire after a busy day of exploring in the area. The suggestions of things to do in the area were very much appreciated, as was the welcome pack left for our arrival.

We had a lovely time staying at Nia’s apartment. She was ever so friendly and just amazing when we had car trouble, allowing us a later checkout and to use the car space provided past our agreed stay. A great place to stay within walking distance of the town centre and access to surrounding Lake District fells. Really responsive host who dealt with queries during the stay super speedily. Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at what our son calls the ‘cosy cottage!’ And it’s no exaggeration that he has been asking to come back all year since our last visit! We have had a wonderful visit again, It truly is perfect for families, central to Grasmere and the best spot to come back to after a nice walk around the lake. We can’t wait to book again, it’s definitely been a highlight for us this year!

Excellent and cosy stay in a comfortable basement flat. Very quiet setting with lovely views from the door and a beautiful quiet garden to utilise. Walking distance to Grasmere and onto the hills. Everything of good quality in the flat and easy to access and park. Highly recommended

The flat was perfect for us. We are a group of 4 ladies and used all 3 bedrooms. Having 2 bathrooms is always a bonus. There were toiletries in the bathroom and things like milk, tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. The extra special addition was the lovely bottle of red wine. Thank you for having us.

The apartment is beautiful and Holly was an absolutely amazing host - on hand and very patient in dealing with our questions and queries.
