Vacation rentals in Carrs Island

This is an awesome and unique spot, with absolutely beautiful surroundings. There was so much for my 7 year old son to do between kayaking, visiting the farm animals, fishing, crabbing, and sitting by the fire while reading a good book or roasting marshmallows. Linda was super responsive and let my son help with feeding the animals. Highly recommend!

Best stay in St Simons. Great cozy home with everything you need for a stay. Wonderful host, very responsive. Excellent overall vacation.

Alyson and Richard were great hosts! All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the modern design of the townhouse was so different from all of the others we have stayed in in this community. There was comfortable seating, plenty of pots and pans and dishes that we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner perfect! The showers were brand new as well. Wonderful home and look forward to maybe trying some of their other properties as well the next time we come to St Simons.

We had a great stay in this home. Deborah was very detail-oriented, offering us comfortable beds with extra pillows, tons of towels and washcloths to use throughout our stay, a kitchen stocked with snacks, drinks, and extra toiletries, and she even left us with a bottle of wine and a personalized welcome note. The location is excellent, as it is within walking distance to both the beach and downtown. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting St. Simons!

We enjoyed staying in this location and felt at home. Being able to split the upstairs and down stairs was very accommodating for both of our parties to have privacy, but share the same location. We would stay here again!

Our stay was great! Very family friendly. Our host Edward was responsive and helpful and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

The place looks exactly as described along with the photos provided. Convenient location and yet very peaceful and private . By a small lake with cute turtles and where many tropical birds frequent : wood storks , egret and kingfisher . Condo is furnished nicely and has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room and equally nice primary bedroom. I enjoyed the wildlife from the balcony and my husband enjoyed seeing the golfers of all levels play . What a nice place to stay if you can get it before it’s rented !

Our stay at Brandon’s townhome was the best. Great location and peaceful community! The townhome was very comfortable and a “white glove” clean. Brandon and the management group were the perfect hosts. When I had a question, their response was quick. The next time I am visiting St. Simons Island, I hope 1103 Reserve Lane is available!
