Vacation rentals with a patio in Carroll County

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Host was very responsive. Shower was awesome. A little tight for all 7 of us but it worked out fine. Guess we all take up more space than we realized. lol

Spent the day at the Ice Castles and got to spend the night at Jude and James’ peaceful Airbnb. Great to come into a pristine and heated space. Got to relax in the hot tub with a view of Lake Winnipesaukee and look straight up to have a great view of the stars.

Short walk to town on rail trail right next to apartment. Very responsive host. Apartment was clean and neat. Perfect for 2 people.

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

This unit was perfect for a little getaway. You’re at the top of the hill, end of the road, so it’s very quiet. Sunrise was directly ahead with plenty of mountains in view. It was very spacious and the porch was such a nice sitting area to enjoy the sounds of nature. The jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. The bed was taller than I expected, and included a two-step stool to use, but if you have mobility issues or bad knees, you wouldn’t want to be surprised by that. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for a home base during my trip.

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

My family enjoyed the space - a separate bedroom for my son is the key for us. Everything’s clean - which I appreciate and it’s a must for an accommodation. Sean’s place is conveniently located in proximity to walking trails, a lake, and my son’s school. Will definitely stay here here again if given a chance. Thank you, Sean!

excellent location for getaways / vacations! very large and fit everything and everyone easily. you get more then what you paid for especially with town being a short 5ish minute drive from the property. Host left easy instructions and made sure to let us k ow to contact her if need be. Will definitely be considering thos property anytime I vacation in NH.

We have stayed at places in North Conway for many years and this property was the best by far! All the amenities were there as described, and Jeremiah & Lisseth were excellent hosts responding to my questions quickly and friendly !

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here during a family wedding at a camp on the lake -- it was the perfect location, very peaceful, and fit our family (toddlers and infants included) more than comfortably. Colleen was a great host and extremely responsive to all our questions. Def recommend!

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

Jenn and Matt were great hosts and their home was wonderful! You can't beat the location, right downtown and 5 minutes from the outlets too. The home (including beds and linens) was very comfortable for 6 adults, 2 children, and a pup. Great having the fenced in yard as well! Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend!

Michael was a great host that respected our privacy. The room was clean and organized and the location was fantastic. Coming from a city, it was nice to have darkness and quiet at night. I have absolutely zero complaints and I highly recommend Michael's AirBnB as a place to stay while vacationing in Meredith.

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Always book with a super host because you get what you expect. Honest descriptions no bait and switch. Perfect peaceful place and surroundings. Easy in and easy out. Can’t get any better than this. Lisa was great and her condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Updated compared to other condos we’ve been to in that complex! Everything was comfortable, would love to be back in warm weather!

This air bnb was really comfortable and it had all the utilities we were looking for, felt at home and was very nice with a beautiful view, I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely be coming back.

Joia is a very generous and gracious host. This is our second consecutive year of staying at Joia’s and we already booked for same time next year. We really love this area of New Hampshire. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Joia’s unit is clean and comfortable and is very well equipped. I would definitely recommend Joia’s unit to anyone.

What a beautiful, quiet stay! There’s so much to do within 15 minutes even in the winter. We went fishing, hiking, bowling, shopping and tried a few wonderful restaurants. We had everything we could’ve needed and the bed sheets were so cozy 😍 We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!
