Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Carroll County

We visited for a friend’s weekend getaway and were very comfortable at Margo & Morris’ place. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well stocked. We found everything we needed at the house and enjoyed the hot tub and took a walk around the neighborhood to the lovely pond nearby. The house was quiet and peaceful, but It’s also not far to get to all of the restaurants, shopping, and other things there are to do in the North Conway area. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Jennifer was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to check in, and she also made a few local restaurant suggestions. The house was very updated and extremely clean. We enjoyed the quiet and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The kitchen was very functional and had brand new appliances and cookware and having the open concept to the living room and fireplace it made our time there extremely enjoyable. We will absolutely be booking again! Thank you!!

Perfect Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Eileen was incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. The location was ideal - close to the Fryeburg Fair grounds and other attractions yet quite enough for a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend this place and hope to make a future trip back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It was a great place to spend Thanksgiving with the family. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The common areas were great to play board games and watch tv together as a family. The kitchen was well equipped and great from cooking Thanksgiving meal together. Darryl was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. We had a great family vacation.

This place was perfection! From the moment we walked in, everything was great! The home was so clean and appealing - all the amenities were top notch! Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was our gathering space and had everything we needed (utensils, glasses, appliances). Everything was operational and modern. We especially loved the Sonos technology where we could broadcast our playlists! The hot tub was clean and new and such a nice addition, as well as the fire pit, which we utilized daily. Great location close to town, but set back enough from the road where we had our privacy. Looking forward to booking this house again! Great memories were made here!

What a wonderful home! It was just as described. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The property was very private but still close to town. We loved the large yard and private trail. It was perfect for the dogs to play in! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay! Just bring yourselves, and some clothing! Steve provided everything we needed plus more! and I really mean everything. We felt right at home. The place was cozy, comfortable and very kid friendly. tons of toys!! our kids didn't want to leave! My son loved the PS4 and we took advantage of the fire place and firewood every night. the place is close to all the attractions in white mountain that we wanted to visit, and there's a grocery store and gas station just 3 minutes away, with lots of restaurants a short drive away. Steve was a great host as well and was very flexible with our check in and check out. the pictures actually do not do this place justice. We had more than enough room to spread out for our family of 6. We would love to stay here again if ever in the area. the only con we had was we only stayed 3 nights...wished we could stay longer

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Aaron & Heather were great hosts! Their building is in an amazing location - so close to Diana’s Baths, Storyland, hiking trails, and town. They have a list of how close local accommodations are - including the nearby grocery store, which proved helpful when I forgot a couple things. When I reached out about our pet situation before booking, Aaron & Heather were friendly and easily accommodating. And when I let them know about a small hiccup once we had arrived (hairdryer not working), they ran a new hairdryer over within 10 minutes - truly above and beyond. Really, if you’re going to North Conway for hiking, skiing, or Storyland: stay here if you want the ease of being 10 minutes away from ANYTHING. And especially if you want or need to travel with your furry friends!

What a wonderful stay we had at Bill & Lil's! There was excellent communication from beginning to end and everything is exactly as described. There is plenty of space for 2-4 to enjoy a comfortable stay. The entire property is beautiful and well cared for. Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing get-away yet only a short drive to a variety of restaurants, wineries, brewery, grocery stores, shopping and much more. A big THANK YOU to them for being AMAZING hosts! The thoughtful touches from Lil were very much appreciated. We will most definitely be back.

Mary was an outstanding host! Very communicative and flexible when needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the swimming pool. Kitchen was very useful and stocked with everything you would typically need.

This unit was perfect for a little getaway. You’re at the top of the hill, end of the road, so it’s very quiet. Sunrise was directly ahead with plenty of mountains in view. It was very spacious and the porch was such a nice sitting area to enjoy the sounds of nature. The jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. The bed was taller than I expected, and included a two-step stool to use, but if you have mobility issues or bad knees, you wouldn’t want to be surprised by that. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for a home base during my trip.

A fresh and exciting oasis awaits. Quiet, clean and up to date amenities. Hosts were highly responsive, friendly and accommodating. The is an excellent stay, I’ve been to a few, this gem is in the top tier for Airbnb stays. Blessings.

This was exactly what our group needed! A nice quiet gettaway. The house was beautiful! The master suite is stunning!! The fact we barely had to bring anything but ourselves and food was amazing. Traveling with a toddler the fact there was a pack and play and a highchair for us was such a great perk! Jade definitely thought of everything! We felt right at home and so comfortable we didn’t want to leave to do anything! The fact we had endless firewood for indoor and outdoor fires was amazing! The hot tub was a great way to end each night. The game room in the basement was a getaway for my nephew who slept and hung out down there. Everyone was so pleased with our stay and cannot wait to come again!

This was a perfect spot for our guys long weekend. If you have come across this listing for your next trip and it fits your search filters - book it! You won't be disappointed. Jeff and Kristin were great hosts right off the bat - sent us a detailed welcome guide that had so many useful recommendations and tips. The house is in a quiet area and it's a couple minutes from the main street. Close to great restaurants and breweries, and the hiking trail right out back was cool to check out. The house was clean, comforting, & cozy, and just as the photos show - plus the complimentary bottle of wine, candy jar, and coffee selection were so nice and make this airbnb stand out among the many we have stayed at before. Overall it was just the perfect spot to get away and relax with friends. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely try to rent here again!

This was the most magical weekend! The space was exceptional, beautiful, clean, peaceful, private and right on a beautiful stream. There was so much to do whether we wanted to relax by the fire, explore the stream, or drive through the mountains. We are already planning another stay there for the summer! There was every kitchen tool, game, bathroom needs, and tons of firewood. The bed was the coziest bed I’ve ever slept in away from home with super soft linens. We really had everything we needed, which made for such a relaxing weekend. The surroundings are unlike any other place we’ve stayed. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience! First of all , spotless is not the word it is like a brand new cabin when you walk in , driveway is tough the first time because of a blind corner but one of the many emails she sends prior to checking in explains it. Cassouki explains everything from codes to things to do. If you want to get away from everything and somehow still feel like you’re at home THIS IS IT. there is good reason it’s booked solid if you haven’t booked this do it now before it’s too late.

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Michele was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. She made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be back—we loved it! The lodge was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was there. There was plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the location. Not too far from what we wanted to do. Christy was very responsive and made sure we were OK. Would definitely return. Deb

Had another fabulous time in Jan's cozy cabin! It's a perfect escape from city life with peaceful surroundings, lovely walks and hikes nearby without ever needing to get in the car, lots to do in nearby North Conway and so so cozy and comfortable in the cabin! We love it there and highly recommend it!
