Vacation rentals with lake access in Carroll County

Only concern was the steep driveway. Being from the south, this driveway needs a truck or SUV to manage getting up the two areas needed to exit the driveway

We had our annual family get together her and it was great! Very comfortable rooms and most of us even had our own private bathroom. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in, and the views were incredible! We were able to watch a pair of bald eagles across the lake! Erin was very quick to respond when I had questions and helped us with easy access to getting a pair of shoes we forgot! Overall a wonderful experience and great place to get together with a group!

We had an awesome time with family. The view was gorgeous, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were amazing. Great communication. The house was as advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was as lovely as the pictures and very homey. We stayed for a visit to war eagle arts and craft show and couldn't have thought the home was any lovelier. My only wish was that the third bedrooms bathroom was on the same floor but my crew made it work. Would recommend this home for anyone. Kitchen was stocked and we could have made about anything with the items that were there. Had games and all kinds of extra niceties for us. Highly recommended. Thanks Mary!!!

Extremely clean large home. 5 bedrooms let us spread out and have room for everyone. Kitchen had lots of extras and lots of utensils, etc. needed. Lots of extras like full size shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom as well as body wash. With a large group we usually have to go get extra essentials such as toilet paper before our stay is out, but more than enough was provided so we didn't have to make an extra trip to the store, which is appreciated. We stayed in cooler months so we didn't get to enjoy the back porch area or fire pit, but both were nicely setup. The beds are pretty firm, so keep that in mind. The barn style doors were also noisy and opened/closed when you really didn't want them to, but those are minor things and really just personally preference. Tyler caught that I was bringing a son in a wheelchair and made sure I knew we would have to get him up steps. We made it work, but I appreciated the concern that it would work or not for our family. Very thoughtful

We had a great stay at this property! We enjoyed getting to spread out with all the room it offers. Beds were very comfortable. We easily made day trips to Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and even over to Branson. We would definitely book this property again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Arkansas! The house was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and provided all the essentials. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s Place. Her communication to us was amazing and gave a lot of recommendations. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night and were not able to take advantage of them all. We had driven in from Oklahoma City, so the jacuzzi was amazing at the end of a long travel day. My one concern before booking with Sarah was put to rest. I read other reviews concerning the drive up the mountain and we only had a small Toyota Corolla and made it up with no issues. Just take your time. The place was just as described and was a great place to stay near Eureka Springs.

What an amazing stay! We stayed at just the right time to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, sitting on the deck. We even had a couple of deer come close to the deck! The apartment is beautifully finished and extremely clean! Great amenities available. The views are beautiful. The host was super! They reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and very clear instructions on getting in and amenities available.

My husband and I loved our stay here! We booked a weekend getaway here for his birthday weekend. It was so nice and peaceful. It was far enough away from town that it could be quiet and romantic if we wanted it to be, but not too far away if we wanted to head on over to see the excitement on Spring Street. We also spent a day hiking some very beautiful trails near by! Would definitely recommend .

Wow is simply an understatement! The house and property were beautiful! We saw deer eating in the yard, a turtle, groundhog, a million frogs, and bats at night. It was in the woods and crazy close to all of the fun of downtown! We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway or a better hostess!

Lovely and peaceful location right on lake. Super clean and comfortable mattresses! Amy was a gracious host and flexible with some last minute travel changes. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this beautiful and cozy home.
