Vacation rentals with a pool in Carpinteria

This large house is is perfect for a large group or family. The house is very spacious with a beautiful kitchen. Lou’s of different sleeping arrangements. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our second stay at Jonathans' lovely home, which says a lot. Please see my review from December 2023; all aspects of the house and property remain top notch...with the fun addition of a new pickleball court! I also want to praise Jonathan for his gracious hospitality and responsiveness. 5-plus star experience.

We were so happy with our stay at Matt’s home. We had to book this stay super last minute for our wedding party to stay because the fire going on in the area affected the other property we had originally booked. Matt responded to my booking request immediately and was able to get the property ready for us for same day check in and even was able to accommodate early check in for us knowing we needed to get ready for our rehearsal dinner. The house was gorgeous and had tons of space for our small group. We highly recommend booking your stay here.

The experience renting Cheryls property was as good as it gets. Cheryl was responsive and helpful from before check-in, to even days later helping retrieve a forgotten item. The house itself is something out of a magazine. From the amazing kitchen / living room to the large deck overlooking Ventura with ocean views. Not to mention an awesome lower patio alongside the pool and jacuzzi. 11 out of 10 would recommend as long you respect the neighbors and respect the rules of the house! There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

Beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The pool and jacuzzi were a great addition. I brought my family here for a wedding in Moorpark. There was plenty of room for everyone with their own bedroom and bathroom. Dan is a great host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had and Willie the dog was such a friendly companion throughout our stay. I would recommend Dan’s to anyone who needs to come to the area.

We had a wonderful stay, we loved the house, the pool/spa, and the backyard was so charming and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the kitchen! We will definitely return! I highly recommend this lovely home.

The house was amazing. Even with the cold weather the heated pool was great. We had so much fun. We felt right at home. We spent a whole week and we did not want to leave. The beds we’re comfy and the host was amazing and accommodating all our needs including our 2 special need children. If you want a peaceful and tranquil stay this is the place to be.

Was exactly what we were looking for and matched the listing. Very clean. And William was super helpful and responsive host, and helped us get in a bit early since we had an event to get to.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb on the third floor was nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of more than a week, we were continually impressed by the serene ambiance and views of Port Hueneme Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself was well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony while soaking in the panoramic views. Waking up to the sound of the humming birds was a highlight of our mornings. The location was perfect for those looking to explore the local area. Being so close to the beach, we spent hours walking along the sandy shores, enjoying the sunsets, and indulging in beach activities.
