The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

We had a great stay at Howard and Lorraine’s. We arrived after dark and it was nice to see the house lit up with Howard out on the deck to welcome us and make sure we got in ok. The space was perfect for our family with two young children and the veranda was lovely for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The location was an easy drive to El Yunque and even closer to Seven Seas Beach which we really enjoyed. Howard had many helpful recommendations and our only regret was we didn’t stay longer to finish exploring the area-there was a ton to do in the area and we just scratched the surface!

We loved our stay in the heart of downtown. We have little toddlers and absolutely loved that the bedrooms are far from the Main Street, so despite being so close to all amenities and nightlife, the place felt extremely quiet. the AC worked well, the water was warm, not hot, but that’s to be expected. no power interruptions during our stay. it’s an old house so as expected there’s little steps everywhere so you’ll need to supervise your toddlers to prevent falls, but the place is otherwise super kid friendly with a high chair and a pack and play. Raquel and Ralph were very communicative and Irma, who checked us in, went out of her way to share recommendations for a ride from the airport with our little ones. The location can’t be beaten, so close to everything of interest in old San Juan. Would love to be back soon!

Beautiful place nice spacious 3 bedrooms with a lot of storage space. Only downside was the Solar water heater not heating enough or hot water not lasting long due to 4 of us taking shower daily due to beach/lake trips during our stay. it was a bit disappointing but it is a common thing in Puerto Rico and we respect that so we all got used to with it We arrived at 5 am so it was bit hard to get to the place due to inaccurate GPS and less visibility on roads. Ester responded immediately and came to pick us up 10 minutes out. Very comforting and caring host.!

We loved staying at Villa Del Mar! Great value for a safe and beautiful spot. Richard was extremely responsive and accommodating. We spent 2 weeks at the apartment working remotely and it was the perfect place. Centrally located for exploring Piñones, Rio Grande and Luquillo which were only a 20-30 minute drive away. Highly recommend! We will be back! 💓

Joshuas place was very nicely set up. He had everything we needed to have a nice stay. Beautiful terrace viewing the Yunke. I felt so at peace here. Thanks for the wonderful stay at your place!

Loved this spot. Me and my buddy wanted a “night life forward” spot and LET ME TELL YOU. This is the one. Impeccable location if you like to go out to bars. It is loud most of day (music bumping at the bar across the street) but we knew exactly what we were getting into. Very close to everything you need to see in OSJ. I would not recommend renting a car, as the roads are extremely tight. My buddy lost the air bnb key at one point n Guatam dropped off a new one very quickly. I will be back for sure.

The place was just like the photos. Loved the decor, and was plenty spacious. The only problem was the construction going on around the building. Other than that, it was great!

It was a great stay, Location was 100 percent amazing. I felt very safe. Beaches were across the street and restaurants everywhere, it was great. walking distance from everything.

had an excellent stay here!! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and was even a bit more spacious than I was expecting. Comfortable bed, functional air conditioning, comfortable water pressure in the shower and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Excellent location in a safe and walkable neighborhood. The apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable and Carlos was an excellent and responsive host. perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. I'd definitely book again!
