The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

My stay here was great! the appartment is very clean, the air conditioner keep the whole place cool. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the best part is that its close to everything. Me and my wife will look for this place evertime we go back to PR!

Clean space with great location just minutes from Plaza de las Americas and La placita in Santurce. Excellent communication from the host who welcomed us with great kindness and gave us absolute privacy. The check-in process was immediate. The bed is extremely comfortable, it feels like a cloud. I'm coming to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great, and the apartment has lots of charm. The best part, though, was the hospitality, responsiveness, and kindness of the hosts. We arrived in San Juan to discover that the hosts of the Airbnb we originally booked were no longer communicating with us and we had nowhere to stay. Even though it was late on a Sunday night (after we found a hotel room for the night), Raquel responded to us quickly and arranged for us to be able to check in to her apartment the next morning (well before the usual check-in time). Raquel and her whole team (Ralph, Irma, and Adriana) couldn’t have been kinder and really helped us to turn a very stressful situation into a very pleasant one. We would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay in the heart of downtown. We have little toddlers and absolutely loved that the bedrooms are far from the Main Street, so despite being so close to all amenities and nightlife, the place felt extremely quiet. the AC worked well, the water was warm, not hot, but that’s to be expected. no power interruptions during our stay. it’s an old house so as expected there’s little steps everywhere so you’ll need to supervise your toddlers to prevent falls, but the place is otherwise super kid friendly with a high chair and a pack and play. Raquel and Ralph were very communicative and Irma, who checked us in, went out of her way to share recommendations for a ride from the airport with our little ones. The location can’t be beaten, so close to everything of interest in old San Juan. Would love to be back soon!

Overall a very nice stay with the Hotel providing shuttle service to the SANSE Festival.

Esther’s place was the perfect location for us, conveniently close to family. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Esther was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great studio apartment on the beach!

Joshuas place was very nicely set up. He had everything we needed to have a nice stay. Beautiful terrace viewing the Yunke. I felt so at peace here. Thanks for the wonderful stay at your place!

The place was clean cozy and just as described. It does get loud next door but was not too bad in the bedrooms. Lots of good food and things to do in the area.

We had to book Hibird last minute because the original airbnb we had didnt have a backup generator and we were without power. We saw Hibird down the street and once we checked in we immediately wished we would have booked with them initially. The checkin process was very easy and the "front desk" personel were fantastic. There isnt really a front desk, but there is an employee on site helping people check in. These employees were very very helpful and very nice. The room itself was large and clean. The only minor concerns was that the room was a bit humid (it was raining a lot over the previous week) and the door to the balcony didnt open due to a broken handle. These were very minor and everything else was perfect. The rooftop pool was great, the hotel provides free charis on the beach, and they have generators that can power the entire place during a power outage. I would highly recommend this place!

Carlos was beyond accommodating. My flight came in early and he adjusted for me! I’m so honored to have stayed there. He also gave tips on what to do. During my stay there was a food festival and he suggested what spots that I should go too! Whenever in PR I’ll stay at Carlos locations
