My stay in Apartment W3 was very pleasant. The property is gated, which added a nice sense of security. The AC worked well throughout my stay, and both hot and cold water were readily available. TV apps and Wi-Fi functioned seamlessly, making it easy to relax and stay connected. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

we only stood a couple of hours just to rest due to our flight being delayed but the place was amazing right on the beach beautiful views and great location wish we could have stayed longer definitely booking again with this host and property thank you once again

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

We had a lovely time staying at Manuel’s place - very cozy, great neighborhood and lots of restaurants and places to visit nearby. The place was very clean and Manuel was extremely responsive, helpful and understanding throughout - providing us with last minute supplies when we needed them. Great communication and would love to visit again. Highly recommend his place if you’re visiting San Juan!!

The Blue Lagoon is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Angel, the host, was truly a blessing. We arrived early, and he let us drop off our bags and even took us to a local store for essentials. He also cut fresh coconuts from the yard for us — sipping coconut water in the morning became a daily treat that made the experience unforgettable. The home itself? Absolutely amazing. The pool, the view, the boat out back, the crisp AC — every amenity was top-notch. The vibe of the home captures the soul of Puerto Rico better than any resort. You’re immersed in local life, surrounded by warm people, and it feels like home in the best way possible. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, this is the ONLY place you should stay. It’s one of a kind and made our entire trip unforgettable. Thank you, Angel!

Fantastic & super unique spot - would stay again!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.
