Waterfront vacation rentals in Carolina

We had an amazing time staying at this air b and b. Our favorite part of this place was the view. It was great to step outside a soak up the warm Puerto Rico air and view. The Air B and b is basically in a hotel set up and right on Isla Verda with easy access to shops and restaurants. The only thing that could use improvement is an update to the bathroom, but overall an incredible and can't forget to mention that the bed was extremely comfortable.

Excellent location, great view, great hosts! It was amazing to walk in to such a clean place with a great smell. They had everything needed for a beach day and more and the kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts were responsive and took care of me by allowing me to check out a little later due to a late flight. The view is amazing! Nothing better than seeing the ocean waves right from bed. Also, the place is very secured and peaceful. I loved my experience and I would love to be back.

Unbelievable. The best airb&b I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfy but I slept on the couch for the view. I hope we didn’t leave too much sand because we did EVERYTHING you could do in PR for the 7 days, from the rainforest to the west side of the island. This airb&b is incredible

Solo female traveler. The host was very helpful and responsive! Greeted me at the entrance of the building, showed me short cuts and guided me through the building. Even took me to get a toothbrush! The building itself is a bit old, but the condo is great. You can see the beach from the bed! The AC worked well, bed was comfortable. Literally steps from the beach. It gave me a Myrtle Beach vibe (if you’ve ever stayed at a high raise over there). Good food in the area, some bars all within walking distance. Supermarket is about 8 mins walking. I did take Ubers to Old San Juan, just keep checking the uber app bc you can get it for $30 or for $10. The airport is very close but I don’t recall hearing a plane.

The view was absolutely stunning! Carmen's instructions were great, the apt was easy to find. Don't let your 1st impression of the neighborhood fool you - it's actually not as bad as you think at first. I would definitely come back to Carmen's place!

Victors place was well located. Many restaurants nearby as well as close to the beach and a quick Uber ride to old San Juan and La Placita Santurce. The place was easy to find. Instructions were very clear. Once inside the place was neat, clean and very comfortable. The views are amazing. We spent lots of time on the balcony and staring out of the window. Victor was extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend his place to anyone!

Had a relaxing and awesome stay. My friend and I just needed a getaway and were blown away by the space, the walkability, and its proximity to everything we could need. The manager was very present and responsive with instruction and timelines. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I will definitely rebook.

Miss the view already! This place was a great space for a weekend getaway. We had wish we booked for a longer stay. The view and easy access to the beach is what sold us, although everything else was alright.

Such a beautiful house and a great host. The house is close to the airport so is true that you can clearly hear the planes taking off, but it did not bothered me much. But something to consider if you think you will not tolerate the noise. If you have a lot of plans in Puerto Rico, keep in mind that it is such and beautiful place that you might want to stay a day or two all day at the house.

This rental was overall pretty good for our group with kids! Lovely pool that was mostly shallow with a bin of floaties and toys. Sea “cove” was calm and low all but one day so the tiny beach was perfect (like a foot deep very far out to a reef with no waves). Beach gear upon request. Two cribs were provided, too. Located not a far drive from the rain forest and other beach towns. The house itself was fine. Furniture and appliances were well-worn. As other reviews said, house is hard to locate. Can’t wait to go back to Las Picuas!

Aixa and Enrique's place is perfect for a holiday getaway to San Juan, Puerto Rico when you want to be close to the beach and have a few lazy beach days. The place comes fully furnished and feels like home with all the included amenities, including a patio with a hammock, beach access down the street and plenty of things to do and restaurants to enjoy in the Loiza/Ocean Park area of San Juan. Old San Juan is just a short Uber ride away. highly recommend due to location, cleanliness and beach access. Will definitely stay here again for any long term Puerto Rico visits.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Alejandro was an excellent host. He was always checking in making sure we didn't need anything and that we were having a good time. Overall, a good place to stay.

Absolutely amazing is what i can say plenty of room and it's like having your own resort. Miguel was great at check in and helped us out with whatever we needed this will definitely be my new spot when traveling with friends or family lots of memories were made on this trip. Pictures don't do justice for this listing if your thinking about booking it just book it you will not regret it.

Edith's Beach house was a great stay. The pictures do not do it justice. Way more room then it looks. Great breakfast bakery down the street that we walked to. Great area to have several places nearby to drive too. Edith was very responsive and gave Great recommendations. Water pressure could use some work but we also had a lot of people showering at once so can't complain too much as the water stayed warm. Beds are super comfortable and the AC was super nice after a humid beach day. A lot of supplies in the kitchen to cook meals. We felt right at home.

I had an amazing stay! The space was absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views and plenty of room to relax. The amenities were top-notch, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. A special shoutout to Shimmy, who was an outstanding host. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure that every detail of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Puerto Rico.

Carlos’ Condo had a great location! Bars restaurants and beach close by. It does take a bit of time to figure out the key fob system and parking but Carlos had great instructions. The beach is beautiful and you are very safe in the compound of the complex. We had a great time and would most definitely rent again

Alex & Janet are amazing hosts. Alex is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions. There were a couple of issues with the home out of their control but they handled them like champs. There was a small leak in the main bedroom when it rained heavily and Alex handled it to the best he can immediately.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Marco’s condo. Beautiful morning views, steps away from the beach and close enough to walk over on the main road for dinner and drinks. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in town, thank you for a great stay.

The view was amazing, we were able to see turtles and manatees from the balcony. Vivian was great and was accommodating of our late arrival time. Clear communication, clean space, overall great.

Our first ever trip to Puerto Rico and Felix’s condo was the perfect spot for our stay. The location was safe and secure, nice and clean and looked just like in the pictures. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay the location was close to everything couldn’t be any happier with our experience. Felix was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we needed. We will definitely book this air bnb for future vacations.
