Beautiful place - we had the best time. Clean place. Walked to the beach every day and ate the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

Definitely the best host I've ever had with Air BB. Beautiful location, comfy and cozy, great recommendations. Highly appreciated and recomeneded. It you come to the Monterey area, you should stay here

Only one minor thing: the universal electric car charger is out or order. Not the host's fault. But be aware. (There is a Tesla charger in the garage that's working.)

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂

This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

As a solo traveler for this trip, this place was just perfect! Quiet, secluded, easy to get into downtown Carmel either by car or foot and a cozy place to boot.

Me and my girl couldn’t of asked for a better stay at a location the way we did at Lydia’s place. It was clean, inviting, and very welcoming. She was very informative on how to get to the room and is easy to access at either day or night. We had already brought tons of snacks and waters yet, she already had some snacks and chocolates and waters on queue 😮‍💨 It was very intimate and it made what I thought to be a great vacation into one of the best of experiences of my life due to the peaceful atmosphere and personal freedom of the property when inside it and coming home to it. Her communication was top notch and kept you up to date on any current situations of the property which was a huge plus 😊 If I’m ever in the area again, I know who’s my go to without a doubt and i strongly urge those who need the perfect area to do EVERYTHING to book this out for a week or weekend. Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

Great place.

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

We enjoyed a perfectly peaceful stay at Ann’s! We couldn’t have asked for a better location with the aquarium, shops, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. The bed was comfy, cozy interior, beautiful gardens. Just the perfect spot!

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Staying at Claire's place was a great experience for our family. We were able to enjoy a fun evening with the kids at Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We took a peaceful wall at Natural Bridges State Park. We had a delicious Oaxacan dinner at Copal Restaurant. We went to Roaring Camp Railroad and enjoyed stunning views of the redwood forest. All these location were no more than a 20 minute drive from Claire's place. This was our first time visiting Santa Cruz. I highly recommend staying at Claire's place . We felt safe and very comfortable in her private condo.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a home away from home. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully set up, it’s clear the host really cares. The little touches made such a difference, and the space just had a great vibe. Communication was easy and friendly, and I felt really taken care of the whole time. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Sonny (the co-host) helped us very much throughout our stay, especially on the check-in process and parking spots. Very nice place which is reasonably close to Monterey and Big Sur, but much cheaper than housing along the seashore.
