We had a good stay

great value for money. beds are firm (I prefer medium) but was just as comfy as $450 p/n hotels. easy check in, friendly staff all round(extra points for this one). room service provided unlike some other airbnb I've stayed at in Melb. place a tad outdated but I don't care about those things as this trip we only used the room to rest up, shower and sleep. I'd personally not hire if I were looking at cooking.

This is a hotel. The staff are great, the rooms are complete for self catering, ergonomic, and fresh. Check out the rooftop area, free gym and swing pool :)

This hotel from the moment you enter it’s definitely a nice space and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Check in is at 2pm onwards when I arrived it was only 12:30pm and my room was ready and no problem checking in early which was great after a long drive from Sydney. The rooms are furnished very well and the bed and pillow selection was amazing. The rooms are so private and sound proof. I can’t actually wait to stay again and the facilities are amazing too. The secure car parking is also a plus. Thanks again for making my stay memorable. Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to family, friends and business associates. Thanks again…!

I won't stop recommending this place to stay, I love how easy I could make new from other part of the world inside the hostal. The vibe is just so awesome, the staff is amazing! The laundry service is great! The toilets are private and the shower is really good, the temperature of the water is very stable! Marco the manager is an amazing human being as the whole staff!

It was right in front of Flinders Street Station. The location was extremely well and everything you need is at walking distance I would recommend the place for sure.

Lovely flat (only quibble was that we didn't get a cleaning service so had to ask reception for towels, shower gel, tea etc to be replenished), excellent locality, beautiful city. Had a really great time in Australia. Wonderful scenery on the Great Ocean Drive. Nice cycle ride to Brighton beach. And loads of other things to do. Highly recommend both the apartment and the city.

Anthony provided clear instructions for an easy check in. Great view and close to crown and exhibition centre. Very happy with free parking.

An amazingly comfortable gem of a place! Loved the free street parking, king size bed plus a queen size bed. Lots of bathroom treats for use and great sized coffee mugs! Loved the quantity of coffee sachets and milk cups in the fridge.

Great location & spacious apartment located right at the heart of vibrant South Yarra on famous Chapel st. What stood out the most is the « hotel-like concierge » service they provide for check in/out, as well as luggage keeping. The visibility to someone present gave guests greater peace of mind.
