we stayed for a week visiting the local national parks (Guadalupe Mountains NP, Carlsbad Caverns NP, and White Sands NP) as well as Roswell New Mexico! this home was very comfortable for resting and recovering from all that travel and hiking! Hosts were responsive and helpful, and we loved New Mexico! would absolutely repeat this trip! (:

This home is a quaint older home with those details that make it feel like a warm and welcoming home. Exremely well suppied in the kitchen and bath, fantastic comfortable beds, and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this house for your Carlsbad explorations.

we really enjoyed our stay at this home. we were traveling with 5 kids, from the ages 5 months to 17 years old. it was cheaper than renting a hotel and wayyyyy nicer. the tub is amazing and the location was right in the middle of town. we would definitely come back to stay if we needed to come to carlsbad again.

We stayed for 3 nights. Did not need to contact Jen at all except for when the remote control batteries went out and she got us a few within minutes (she totally did not have to). Loved the location and its convenience to grocery store and national parks.

This little place was absolutely perfect! An easy walk to the river, an easy drive to the caverns. The dog treats for the pup made her day!

Our goal was to visit Carlsbad Caverns and it didn’t disappoint. What an amazing adventure and Daniel and Katherine’s place was perfect. Comfortable, quiet and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This location was a good base of operations for excursions to Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, and Sitting Bull Falls. Location was clean and cozy.

I had never been to Carlsbad before. The place was perfect for myself, but the area around it was not what I expected. I felt safer there rather than staying a Motel in town.

I loved this home where we stayed at! Literally felt like home for me. Exactly how I would decorate my home. Loved it!

Julie’s place is absolutely amazing! The place had everything you needed…. Hot and powerful shower, washer and dryer, kitchen… all in a studio space without feeling crammed. The car port was really nice and even better was the giant metal privacy gate you can use to stay out of sight. Julie was not only super responsive, but genuinely cared about our stay and made sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend her place to anyone needing a private space! Thanks for everything Julie!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Julie’s places and it was excellent, again! She was so nice when we spoke on the phone. We are super satisfied, and if you need a place to stay I 100% recommend:)

Janelle was a great host. There were some booking issues and they were worked through smoothly. The house was nice, good location for walking to restaurants and driving out to Carlsbad Caverns. I'd recommend any of her properties!

My family stayed here to visit Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park. Great location for both! Added bonus was the hot tub and massage chair for after climbing up the side of a mountain. Great neighborhood and close to everything you need.

We loved staying at Mirage! There is a cute kitchenette and lots of storage space with a shower for 2. The icing on the cake was the hot tub in the backyard. After a few busy days - relaxing in the hot tub was such a treat. The communication from the hosts was excellent. And they provided a lot of information regarding the town and things to see and do which was so helpful. We loved our accommodations at Mirage and I definitely recommend it!

My friends and I were in town on a business trip for the weekend and had a great time! Very comfortable beds and place was lovely!

Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Wall outlets in bedrooms don’t have grounds. So bring an adapter. Stay was great. Thank you.
