We had a great time and a very peaceful weekend! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone trying to get away and relax for a couple of days!

Our stay at Whitetail Cottage exceeded our expectations! The cottage was cozy, clean, and stocked with everything we needed . It was like a breath of fresh air when we walked in the front door. Very welcoming and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable , and we appreciated the night lights in every room . The view from the front porch of the house is a large green field that we enjoyed watching several deer graze and a momma fox playing with her cubs. Kyle was fantastic ! He was always available to answer our questions and highly responsive to messages . Highly recommend !!

This was our second time at Jim and Sandi’s place. We had a very relaxing time. The house is cozy and comfortable and we loved sitting out by the lake watching the ducks. We’re definitely looking forward to returning in the future!

The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and offered fantastic views of the river and surrounding areas. The house itself was very well maintained and offered a great outdoor area with the hot tub. Josh and Nicole were extremely accommodating and were absolutely fantastic hosts, would completely recommend them and staying on one of their properties.

Very cute place. As described and stocked with everything we needed. Nice little weekend getaway while we were getting work done on our house.

We enjoyed our stay. We had s’mores over fire out one night. Wood was supplied. Plenty of towels Having one bathroom was not as convenient for 5 people but we enjoyed our stay. Grandkids enjoyed park across street. I would recommend. House was clean. Enjoyed coffee bar.

We felt right at home the minute we arrived to this very cozy cottage. We enjoyed the back deck to keep our Maximus safe & had a great fire pit night too! Joyce thank you for being so friendly & with great recommendations to visit Adam’s winery & Thirsty Farmer. Our furry baby Maximus Jake had a great time too. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to visit again soon!

We love being surrounded by the Michaux State Forest. Foggy, misty morning’s after a thunderstorm just add to the beauty.

I love the peace and tranquillity at Jens place! I brought my teenage grandson along for a trip to the country and some time for us to connect away from it all. We spent time doing one of the puzzles at the house and relaxing. It was amazing to see him let down the “teenage edge” in the cozy atmosphere her cottage provides. While out and about one evening we stumbled upon what is an annual Christmas Tree lighting in the town square of Greencastle. What an experience! If you need to unwind and let go of the crazy world, look no further. Jen is an excellent host and her getaway will remain at the top of my list.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. Very clean and nice amenities. 25 minutes from White tail and 15 minutes from downtown Mercersburg. Super friendly hosts.

Amazing stay, we had a great time. Brought our hypoallergenic dog. I always get a little worried about staying at places that allow animals because I am allergic to dogs/cats, however this place was so clean I had no issues. waking up in the morning and seeing the chickens, cows, donkeys and emus was so fun. The outdoor space was dreamy. We brought a projector and watched football on Sunday. We also went to the rennissance faire one day and had so much fun. Fresh flowers and homemade scones for check in was such a nice touch. There is a reason this place is rated so highly.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean and cozy, just what we needed for some over due family time and R&R. We had a great time fishing the creek, exploring the town and trails and enjoying the wildlife. Lost of ducks, geese, even goslings, salamanders, turtles, deer, rabbits and a woodpecker! The place had everything we needed.

This was our favorite spot thus far! The river view through all the windows and from the deck is breathtaking. DO NOT MISS THE SUNSETS! The house is very clean with a beautiful bathroom. It looks just like the photos. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our dog loved it there as well; very dog friendly. My daughter wanted to spend her 20th birthday here and it was perfect! We even got to fish. And bring your running and hiking shoes! I easily had 22000 steps in one day. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. After our check out we headed across the river and enjoyed the view at Chickies Rock. If you like River life and hiking this is for you. Or just to get away and relax or work remotely. I hope to go back. Side note: I heard positive things about the hosts from the neighbors.

We had a great stay at the Londonderry Carriage House. The pictures and description matched the house completely. The communication was spot on and we couldn’t ask for a better host. Thank you!

We stayed here for 10 days while traveling around various places in Central PA. We enjoyed watching the birds fishing in the large creek below the kitchen window in the morning! The Kottage was comfortable and quiet. Getting in and out was easy. Tricia was very quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We did have one drama when a bathtub faucet broke and could not be turned off but after we called, Tricia’s maintenance man was at the door minutes later. He fixed the problem and replaced the faucet. I can’t imagine how the problem could have been addressed any quicker! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Such a cute place, loved it and host was amazing!!

My sister-in-law and I took my nephew and two of his buddies to Hershey Park to celebrate his 13th birthday, and the cottage was absolutely perfect! The house was everything the listing promised and more. I've stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and the care and investment put into this property is clear the moment you pull up. It rained the day we planned to go to the park, but the guest book came to the rescue! We ordered from Nobel's Pizza (which was excellent), and took the boys to play unlimited laser tag—just $20 and only 10 minutes from the house. The next day, we made it to the park, which was no more than 15 minutes away. I’ll absolutely recommend this place to anyone heading to Hershey Park! Perfect location, perfect host, perfect vibe.

This was the second time that we have stayed at this Airbnb in two years. It was so good we had to come back again. Lisa is a great host and makes things very easy. She was very pleasant to work with. The cottage was clean with comfortable beds and has a great yard and porch where we spent most of our time.

This is everything an Air B-n-B should be--these are hosts that actually know how to host. Yes, they probably want to make a little extra money, but they also want you to have an experience--a good experience. The house has a fun Scottish theme, is impeccably clean, and so many little details are done right. Snacks if you are hungry, coffee if you need a boost, a few cold drinks (water and flavored seltzer) on arrival, chocolates out for a Hershey snack, a hand written personalized note, a sign just for your family, toiletries if you forgot anything, and so much more... Ok, one more thing: a great screened in porch with inside/outside games for the whole family. We have stayed in many Air BnBs. Some are run as a business, which is fine when done right. However, this lovely couple are true hosts. Definitely recommend.

Cozy spot, great for a retreat with out getting too far from the essentials. Image shown is of the rear of the home and the front is non descript right down to the building number that is missing or not visible but the printed white paper taped to the front door gives it away. Big yard, so there is plenty of space to stretch. Cold water smells like two day old damp laundry when you brush or do dishes so use the hot. This place is not for BIG and TALL folk's comfort if you are in the shower, toilet or trying to brush the door is either open or you are contorting to not bump into something. I have a huge head so I almost ended doing some dry wall work for them when I tried to use the toilet. Bring soap to wash yourself with also. No snacks, you are making your own bed and the instant messages you get apparently are copy pasted. The message asks for you to put the dishes in the dishwasher but I did not see one in the house. Same for trash, no bin in sight. Great convenient place to chill.
