Everything spotless, very well armed the kitchen and other environments.The building has a games room and gym. It's a new apartment.

Our stay in Pinamar was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and it feels almost like a house. Very close to downtown and the beach we were also walking. Thanks so much for such a nice stay!

Stadium a couple of blocks from the beach, with garage, grill and good internet. Pedro and Marcia (who received us) were very kind. There is a bit of noise from a building behind the building but it is tolerable. Overall everything was fine

The apartment is very cute, just as the photos indicate. Everything comfortable and working. The complex belongs to a small "village" with a shopping center with a supermarket. There are places to eat, in particular that of the club house 100 meters away. The beach can be reached by car or walking ( 15 minutes). The beach is huge and only the people in the neighborhood use it. The parador is cute and can be eaten. It's not just an apartment, it's really a coastal experience.

Geraldine's space is an excellent option to spend your days in Pinamar, the proximity to the beaches and area of restaurants and shops allows you to spend the days without the need to use the car. I recommend it. Very good predisposition.

The apartment is very well located, on the main avenue, and two blocks from the beach, it has all the necessary elements for a pleasant stay, and the concern of its owner Celina, made our stay more pleasant.

The house is right next to the road and because the house only has ordinary windows, you could hear the noise of cars. On the day of arrival it rained and we were cold for two days. The heating did not work, although the host tried and sent a plumber, the gas boiler was not able to work. We drank a gas stove in the kitchen because it was 8 degrees at night. Very steep stairs to upstairs, children or elderly have no chance

Wonderful place The apartment has everything you need . With a lot of style and quality. The area is magnificent and the spa is 1/2 block away is beautiful. Very spacious but above all with everything you need for a family . We even had board games. I would be happy to return.. Silvina and Lorena's assistance was excellent, always attentive to any need .

The apartment is as shown in the photos, even nicer and more spacious than it appears in the photos. It also has a balcony to enjoy without a doubt to enjoy it. It is very comfortable, both in its facilities and furniture and in the location: close to downtown and close to the beach. Ideal for resting with all amenities. I couldn't suggest any change because everything works perfectly, even the garage is comfortable. Alejandra was also very kind: we went on a long weekend and as I surely didn't have any other reservations on the consecutive days, she was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Totally recommended!

We arrived a little early to check-in times and I'm waiting for Pochi very friendly for the received. A genius Pochi, she was really nice to us. Regarding the depto, beautiful, had everything we needed, good wifi, the hot water went out very well. Our dog was also comfortable. The area in which the depto is located is great. You have everything within reach and it's two blocks from the beach. Excellent stay.

The place is very nice and manicured. Silvina's apartment is beautiful and super well equipped. It doesn't seem like a rental apartment, but rather one to experience it. The location is excellent if one wants to be calm and enjoy the sea, sun, beach and tranquility. Although you have to arrive by van or some vehicle that has full traction, it is not far or difficult to get to. 100% recommended place. Silvina is very attentive and is always available. Highly recommendable as a host.

Our trip to Valeria del Mar exceeded all expectations, largely thanks to the wonderful apartment and the host, Javier. He was incredibly attentive, allowing us to check in and out later than the scheduled times, and even helped us organize a trip to Cariló. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with excellent furniture and modern appliances — everything was even better than in the photos. We were pleasantly surprised that the beach was just a short walk away, and the hosts thoughtfully provided beach chairs and a sun umbrella, which made our stay even more comfortable. A huge thank you to Javier for his hospitality! We would gladly return here again and again.
