Lovely accommodation, very spacious! The house is beautiful with nice and clean amenities. Great location to have a quick getaway from Perth. The local general store is handy for supplies and also does takeaway food.

Charlie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 dogs. A magnificent location right across the road from the calm waters of Geographe Bay and just a 5 minute drive to Busselton. Charlie could not have been more friendly, responsive and helpful - everything from extra dishes for a fancy dinner we were cooking to local recommendations, offering to watch the dogs and immediately responding to requests for a couple of things we asked for. The house is a good size for a large group and we enjoyed board games, cooking together and walks on the beach. Lovely views from upstairs for sunset drinks or a morning cuppa in bed. A fantastic home in the South West's quietest location. Marmaduke House had every amenity you could ask for and the view from the balcony is amazing. We will definitely be back

The facilities were excellent including heated pool, sauna, outdoor pool and playground and was right on the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had a coffee machine!! The hosts were very responsive and informative and in all we had a fabulous weekend!

Great central location, spacious and clean house with a lovely backyard! Perfect for a trip down south.

A quiet and peaceful retreat! The grounds were well taken care of. The cabin was spacious, with a large bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip.

Our party of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the owner even let us bring our dog at short notice. The house was spacious enough for our group. The highlight for us was the open fireplace - which was thoughtfully made ready with a bag of free firewood on our first night. There is plenty of space outside, with a large grassed area for the kids to enjoy. Being directly across the road from the beach, and a walkable distance to Dunsborough, this house really couldn't be located any better.

Nic was a fantastic host, very helpful. lovely house and surroundings. 5 min walk to beach. house was well equipped with cooking equipment, and kayak. local shop also supplies chips, hotdogs and Burgers. lovely deep powdery sandy beaches. couldn't recommend this stay highly enough. worth every cent.
