Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Cardiff, Encinitas

The space was perfect for the four of us ladies! GREAT shower and we really loved the little patio area in the mornings. Beds were super comfy and everything felt so clean. Unlike other AirBnbs where we’ve stayed, the entire building and surrounding area is clean, updated, and new feeling. Sometimes just the Airbnb itself is updated but the surrounding area is run down. Would def stay again if we returned to the area.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Bathroom needs a little TLC to maintain it otherwise great unit!!

Amazing host, communicates well and was very responsive throughout entire trip. Home is extremely clean, well stocked and the overall community is safe for kids. Lots of amenities in the area, there is a great kids park, game area and restaurant on site. Assigned parking spot was a bonus. This is our top 3 Airbnb stays in San Diego. I had a great stay here. The place was very clean, had a great view, and the location was great for walking to the Gaslamp District. Sirena was very helpful and provided personal attention to make sure I could check in without any problems.

We had a wonderful stay!! Tony was very accommodating, letting us check in very early since we had a baby that needed to nap and we hadn't asked in advance. The home is cute and was a perfect fit for our little family. It's in a great location just outside of downtown so everything from Seaworld, to Balboa and the zoo, university district, most everything was a quick 5-15 minutes drive. Thanks guys!!

Absolutely stunning home and outdoor space. Everything was as pictured. The home is equipped with everything possibly needed, especially the kitchen which is fully stocked with every appliance and base ingredients to facilitate cooking. The host are responsive and proactive. It was an ideal location to explore Oceanside and Carlsbad. This is a gem.

We had a wonderful stay! The yard is fully fenced giving our dogs the opportunity to run around and tire themselves out. Great bird watching from the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner and relax. Would definitely recommend!

Brenda's place was the perfect base camp for a beach getaway with a toddler. It's an easy two-block walk to the 25th Street Beach, and Brenda provides the essentials for beach lounging: wagon, cooler, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and even a surfboard. We also found a local brewery with great views and a solid beer and wine list (Viewpoint Brewery) that we could walk to via the San Dieguito river path (about a 10-15 min walk). Getting to the zoo and downtown San Diego was also an easy drive. The place is cozy and looks like the photos. It's part of a duplex, but we didn't hear the neighboring guests during our stay except when we were both hanging outside during the day. Brenda was super responsive and provided clear instructions.

The place was fantastic and we had an amazing time! We had a few troubles of running out of amenities, but Jesus was able to restock and helped us the entire trip!

A very cute little cottage at the base of Mission Hills. ‘Old school’ kitchen but perfect for our needs. The garden could be lovely but really needed a ‘tidy ‘ up to be able to use it at all. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom has been updated. Overall would definitely recommend, especially with its close proximity to ‘Old Town’ which is about 1 mile away uphill!

This was a wonderful home away from home, with everything just as described in the listing. Communication was excellent. Jen provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, with photos, on how to find the unit and parking. She also checked in the day after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed in the unit (we did!). Even though we were there over the Christmas holiday, Jen was available and responsive. We stayed just under a week, cooked almost every day, & found the kitchen well-equipped. The beds—even the little pullout bed—were all very comfortable. The laundry room was nearby and easy to use. It was great to have access to bus lines & be close to a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Ralph’s. We would definitely come back to this lovely Airbnb.

Nick's place was really what we needed for a few days to stay in San Diego. Safe and quite area. Balboa park is in walking distance an so are some good local cafes (Golden hill cafe was our favorite for breakfast). Trying going to farmers market in little italy on Saturday mornings. And you can uber to Gaslamp or downtown which is 7-8 minute ride. The only thing I would recommend is to rent a compact car if you're planning on using the garage. description says mid-size or compact, but we found it difficult to park a midsize sedan in the spot.

I've been to a lot of AirBnBs all over the country. I can't think of a better one than this for what we were hoping for on the trip. The room felt like we were the first ones in it. Every appliance, fit and finish seemed brand new, high quality and in perfect shape. The location was perfect, a few steps from the ocean and the Carlsbad downtown. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time there!

Extremely kind, responsive, and communicative host. I was displaced due to the LA fires and was completely disorganized and out of sorts. The host was understanding and so helpful. They went out of their way to offer assistance. 5/5 recommend staying with them. Location of the property was also very walkable and the people in the condo complex were nice and friendly. The condo complex also felt very safe as entrances and parking was all gated

This place is an affordable place for families. We appreciated all of the equipment to use- boogie boards, wet suits, fishing rods and bikes. Thank you!

Perfect stay for a family of four (two adults and two teen girls). Great location, close to restaurants, beaches, yoga studios, etc. Robyn provided perfect building and parking access instructions. The underground parking was convenient and easy to access. The beds were incredibly comfortable and fans provided perfect sound cancelling. A lot of extra linens, blankets, and towels provided. Really nice, spacious kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed, but still room for our own storage. Beautiful resort grounds to walk around - check out the gift store - really cute stuff. Thanks, Robyn! Will absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying at Leslie’s place. We used all the amenities - the pool/hot tub, the gym, the sauna! We walked the boardwalk and the pier in the mornings and the beach at sunset. The landscaping is wonderful and our kids enjoyed feeding the Koi fish. The unit had just what was needed to cook for our family of 4 and the Murphy bed was easy to use. We met some lovely people, both owners and renters at North Coast Village. We will definitely be back!
