Great place to stay. Simple, cute, clean, and perfect location on the strand. Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean on the patio. Responsive host. Not a lot in way of kitchen items, so best for someone who wants to order meals in.

We had an amazing time here. The house was beautiful with views of the ocean from almost every window. The hosts were quickly responsive and attentive to our questions. Parking was easy to find in the surrounding area.

Our stay in Long Beach, CA, was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't have been better-just a short two-minute walk to the ocean, making it easy to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and peaceful evening strolls along the shore. The home itself was stunning, with a gorgeous front yard that provided a relaxing space to unwind and soak in the coastal atmosphere. The neighborhood was incredibly welcoming, with friendly neighbors who made us feel right at home. Every detail of our stay exceeded expectations, from the peaceful surroundings to the unbeatable proximity to the beach. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly situated place to stay in Long Beach, this is it! We can't wait to return.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Location was amazing! Just a few steps from the beach and the area felt safe. The home backs up to a very busy road but it didn’t bother us at all. The home is dated but overall did what it needed to do. The jacuzzi was awesome and the yard was perfect. The only thing I would have liked is a real entrance point other than a keyed sliding door as well as that same sliding door to have a covering on it to have privacy when needed, it felt a little too open especially in the evenings. You can close the gate to add privacy but the gate is old and heavy and not easy to move around. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here due to the location and excellent hosts.

Great beach location, very spacious, two private parking spots and walkable to everything in Seal Beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The building is a work-in-progress. The amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are definitely older but everything worked and what was nice were the bed linens and towel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a laundry room with W/D. Fun family place or for 3 couples!

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

This listing is for a one bedroom, resort managed suite. Parking is shared for the building but plenty of spaces available and makes it super easy to access your vehicle at any time (don’t need to wait for valet). Daily housekeeping is wonderful, surrounding location is great. We brought our dogs and the property was very dog friendly. Can take daily walks with nearly every once being an ocean view and a nearby dog park!! Anna was very helpful and described the property and listing exquisitely. We will definitely be staying here again or in one of Anna’s larger listings (she also had 2-3 bedroom options).

Melodys plqce is a great location. The views are fantastic we even saw dolphins sitting in the patio. Host is very responsive and communicative.

Great location walkable to Venice and a nice run along the beaches. Great parking and a quiet place. Year is very responsive and an excellent host.

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location

Melissa's home was amazing! I loved every minute of it. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. She is so thoughtful with her service and as well as her beautiful home. The beds are truly the epitome of rest with amazing pillows of all kinds of levels from soft to medium to firm. My kids and I especially enjoyed the warm pool (with electric cover for safety) in December, not to mention enough towels and blankets for days. My mom and I loved making breakfast in their beautiful entertaining kitchen and sitting in their beautiful table to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The house was spotless, pure, clean and welcoming. You won't regret staying here, don't delay!

Probably one of the best 2 bedroom air bnb's we have booked for this price! Pictures don't even do justice for how awesome the patio is! This unit is also on the end, so there are extra windows and beautiful views over the beach. Will definitely stay here again if I'm looking for a place in LB! Bring an air mattress if you need if more than four people, but the couch is SUPER comfy too!

You can really see the dedication that went into this place! It's brimming with creative ideas and offers a wonderfully private atmosphere.

Everything was wonderful! It was a very comfortable home that provided a relaxed vibe and provided an amazing private patio. We walked to great restaurants within 5 or so blocks. The hosts were super helpful with local happenings. Manhattan Beach is on a hill so everything is on an incline around Manhattan Beach…wear good walking shoes.

Amazing place, very dreamy. My family and I slept like babies with those waves crashing. I would definitely reccomend it! Great host!

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

The location is great and the ocean view from the balcony and living room was my absolute favorite part. The bed and couch were comfortable and the place was clean and quiet.

Frank is an excellent host and very responsive to all of our needs. The house is huge, right on the beach and definitely as advertised. Furniture is very retro 60s/70s -- and we loved that! Will definitely plan to come back ... perfect if you want to be close to LAX and West LA.

Beautifully, updated place that is conveniently located. It's a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Toan was very helpful.

Always enjoy our stay at Cape Catalina. Great views of sunrise and sunset from rooftop deck. Good walking area. Easy access to the beach. Well furnished, with ample kitchen facilities. Excellent bedding. Responsive owners.

This house is such a gem and the hosts were fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house is bright and charming, and though there were some quirks (like with the hot water), the hosts were so incredibly responsive and resolved the minor hiccups. Other reviews mentioned the slight noise from PCH, the sparse kitchen and no TV -- that's all true so if those are important to you, this might not be your place... but if you want peaceful home that is cozy and feels like an oasis and a short walk to a stunning quiet beach, this is your spot. I can't say enough good things. It really felt like home away from home, and I was grateful to be here.
