Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Carbis Bay

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emma’s house. Straight away it lived up to the five star ratings’ The house is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, modern, pristine and met every need of our stay. The views across to St Michael’s mount and towards the harbour are stunning and the positioning of the kitchen and living room are perfect. We even managed to enjoy some time on the balcony in the swing chair to enjoy the views. The hot tub just outside the main bedrooms are a fantastic addition and very easy to use and to keep warm. We already are planning and hopeful to come back for another visit in the near future, the location and coupled with views out towards the sunrise are spectacular of a morning and I would really recommend anyone to book this for a short or longer stay. It was perfect. We cannot thank Emma enough.

The lodge is ideally placed for sight-seeing and walking the coastpath as it is close to the A30 (but not so close you can hear the traffic!) so good for getting up and down the north Cornwall coastline. Rachel is a very responsive host, keen to help and ready to answer questions.

We stayed at the site opposite last year so knew the location well. But really pleased with layout and size of the lodge. The hot tub is a great touch for relaxing at the end of busy beach days with the kids. Would highly recommend but please keep it free for when we want to come back 😂

Liz's place was exactly as described. spotless and spacious. Waking up viewing the Atlantic ocean brought peace and serenity. The property was perfect for the 8 of us. With two reception rooms some could enjoy the view while others could have some quiet space. The bedrooms were huge and well laid out with lovely king size beds. Hot overlooking the ocean was great. Liz was the perfect host and always on hand if needed. All amenities were available including travel coat and high chair etc. Would stay there again in a heart beat and have indeed booked it again for this summer. 5*

Southend, was ideally situated for a quick walk to two lovely beaches. The hotub was perfect in the evenings to relax and chill in after a fun day on the beach. ping pong table and games room for the kids was also perfect! highly recommend this place. thanks

This is a lovely place in a lovely town. We visited in the off season but the walk into town and to the beaches was a jolly part of our break. The lounge/diner/kitchen space is terrific and makes the place tick - huge, airy and we'll kitted out. The hot tub and pool table kept us busy.

Had such a good time at this beautiful lodge, got the family all together and they all loved it too! Will 100 percent book again

An absolute gem of a find. This is everything you could want from a home from home we felt totally indulged here and relaxed and refreshed after leaving ; it made our trip to Cornwall! An incredibly well equipped luxurious rental which is very spacious ( the photos do not do it justice) made our stay. A clear amount of thought has gone into every detail to truly make this a luxurious stay even more so than a five star hotel. We hope to return!

We loved it. Plent of sitting space in the basement. Beautiful kit hen with plenty of gadgets. Bedrooms comfortable with added bonus of bath robes in double bedrooms. Ground floor pool table was popular with grandchildren.

We had the most relaxing and peaceful get away at this absolute gem of a find. Lindsey and Kaye are wonderful hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble, even going out of their way to print so thing off for us! The house is stunning and has everything you need and more. The little touches made our stay even more special, such a the glorious hamper with Easter gifts, home made goodies and the most incredible banana bread!! Each room was very spacious, clean and the beds and bedding were really comfy. The hot tub was huge and listening to the birds whilst watching the sunset is a core memory now locked in. The games room was another delight, especially meeting the resident cats and returning swallows to the barn. We had the most amazing time away and we felt very lucky to have shared this little piece of heaven. Thank you Lindsey and Kaye, we hope Dodger enjoys the little treats our dog Mac hid in the garden!

Us 9 from 7 to 70 had a really great holiday. Despite sometimes dodgy weather, we loved using the numerous house facilities. The sheltered from breeze,wellness area exceeded expectations, especially hot tub & sauna & was well maintained.Also much family football ! & basketball. The outdoor gym a good perk. Pizza oven good fun too. Indoors budding pianists explored their talents ! The conservatory was beautiful to relax & eat family meals in if we couldn't eat outside. Locally the walk to Porth beach for us was fine & walk to the island beautiful. We made use of the body boards & kids wetsuits at the house and all tried out paddle boarding at the Gannell ( again free because the house offered inflatable board ). So busy we only watched 1 film in the cinema / playroom, but it's a great asset to have, as was the annexe, a real little home. the lettuces growing if we wanted & just the huge space in & out. Unlike many places, upstairs was spacious & all fully carpeted, so very quiet.

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!

We were met by Ricky on arrival with a very friendly greeting. We were then introduced to the chickens, ducks and Cherry and Jake the adorable Pigmy Goats. Explained everything about the cabin and the hot tub. The weather was drizzley in the evening but didn’t stop us using the lovely hot tub ! For us it was a belated birthday treat and the cabin was dressed with birthday banners and streamers…also a bottle of bubbly in the fridge…which also had fresh fruit, milk, yoghurts and free range eggs !!! …. Then we found chocolates on the bed !!! Everything clean and it was such a lovely space to relax. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting a hot tub getaway… we loved it. Thank you 🤩

Dave, Debbie and ruby were absolutely amazing from start to finish, we had an amazing weekend in their place in Camborne, everything was perfect and as described! Communication was brilliant too and they were all ever so helpful. Pleasure to stay 😊

We really enjoyed our stay with the family. Although we didn’t have time to use the main pool/bar or restaurant, we did enjoy the hot tub. Would recommend to others.

Barney's Cabin offered the perfect peaceful escape. A beautifully presented and thoughtfully equipped stay in the heart of Cornwall. only average 20 - 40 min on average to lands end, St Ives, penzance. highly recommend the mackerel sky seafood bar & casa Tapa in Newlyn.

Our stay at The Lookout was the perfect weekend escape. The cabin had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. It felt like an off-grid retreat, yet we were just a short drive from Padstow and Newquay. The hot tub and log fire made it so cozy, and the farm itself is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky to arrive just in time for a stunning sunset. Joseph was so helpful, even bringing us extra firewood at no extra cost. I’d highly recommend The Lookout to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time at Willow Lodge for a long weekend away. The lodge offered fantastic views out over the countryside and was very comfortable to stay in. The location was great as well to allow for day trips to explore around Cornwall

We had a lovely week in February at Emma’s lodge. It’s great and very homely place, extremely well equipped kitchen, too. Stunning views and outdoor space. Emma gave us lots of local recommendations from eating out to things to do. Perfect host!

What a lovely stay we had! Location was great 10 minute drive to both Newquay and Perinporth. Cabin was clean, tidy and cosy. Tina was very friendly and quick with responses - we made better time than planned and were even able to check in earlier which was so convenient for us. Scenery was lovely and peaceful which made the host tub that much nicer - Lovely host - hoping to visit again soon!
