We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

The apartment is beautiful, very well furnished and impeccably clean. The big plus: it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which is ideal for a group stay! We immediately felt at ease there. This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

The house was just what we were looking for to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The exceptional plot area with its barbecue and in the basement a play area for the kids. Everything was very clean, and we had all kinds of kitchenware. Jose Maria was attentive at all times. Would recommend 💯

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The accommodation is very close to the airport with private transportation, the description matched the photos. Organized and impeccable. The owner communicates quickly and is very detail-oriented, the accommodation had many details that decorated and livened up the place.

Google Maps took us to the back and it was a bit tricky, but the girl was attentive at all times. We arrived and they settled us in. Clean place, with heating and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Everything's good👍🏻. The free garage is appreciated.

Everything was perfect, the stay was ideal for two people, with a very nice terrace and the studio perfectly equipped with everything, breakfast included with coffee maker, toast and cookies. Great neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants and markets nearby. Very walkable to the museums, metro and parks. Cool atmosphere for the loft for a couple of days in Madrid.

Great, clean and easy access

Great place and Ammar is a wonderful host. Although our stay was brief, we were able to walk to the top attractions. The apartment is super clean and has all of the amenities we required. Thanks again Ammar for the great place and hospitality!
