Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida's Airbnb. From the first communication to our day of departure, she was helpful, kind and responsive. She gave us great recommendations (Sanchez Romero is the grocery spot for the foodies out there!) as well as area restaurants (we loved El Urogallo and Urrechu). And the home itself is a gem! While it is attached to the host's main house, it is extremely private, quiet, spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. We loved the gourmet kitchen and cooked without missing a thing. And the garden was perfect for morning yoga and enjoying a glass of wine. The area of Pozuela de Alcarón is scenic - high end, residential and walkable. It is near Casa de Campo, a stunning park where we spent a sunny afternoon. The residence is only about 20 minutes outside of Madrid so we were able to drive in and out with ease almost daily. This home presents the best of both worlds. Highly recommend, and hope to stay again on our next visit!

Spacious house designed with all the things that make your trip more comfortable! Ideal location, close to restaurants and shops, but you sleep in complete silence. The mattresses were comparable to a 5-star hotel. Juan was extremely helpful.

This house really felt like home: very spacious, tidy clean and stylish. I stayed for 3 nights with my cousin. The location is perfect for those who like quiet nights. Ideal for those who love walking as it is close to a beautiful park and not too far from touristic attraction (50-minute walk). You may also take the metro which is 6 stops away from the centre. Barbara pays great attention to details. For a tea fanatic like me, who travel around with all her tea stuff, I had everything to make my cup of tea. If you read Spanish, you will have great books in the shelves around the house: about Banksy's art and Lorca's poem. There's great taste all around the house. The heated floor was the highlight of my stay here. I loved it. Lluvia was proactive in checking with us to ensure everything is going smoothly. Kevin picked up us from the airport and helped us checkin. He sent us loads of recommendations for restaurant and pubs. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

This is a great private house located south of Madrid. The living room is a very generous size and has all the amenities listed. Located in a residential areas makes this a very quiet and practical place to stay.

Joanna and her local team (also Joanna) were always super responsive. She accommodated our need to check in early to drop off luggage so we could catch a train to Valladolid. It took a long time for baggage claim at the airport so we ran behind schedule, but local Joanna was patient and kept in touch and helped get us situated. The accommodations itself was quite fine, lots of storage and nice deck. There is a very popular club right next to the apt bldg so it got a little noisy for the folks using the living room sofa bed as people congregate on the street until the wee hours of the morning.

In the young hip party area near lots of cool places that don’t cost a fortune to eat and shop. Easily walked to upscale shopping and dining or enjoyed local friendly university age atmosphere. Cool and interesting art on the walls. Nice vibe. Safe area. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Things to consider The twin twin beds are better if you’re not 5’10, but the sofa is a comfy option. Don’t take a long shower unless you are ok with cold. There’s no bathroom downstairs so good to know if you’re up in the middle of the night. The stairs may be an issue for you if you’re older because there’s no handrail. We were traveling in February and the weather was amazing. Not sure if there was AC downstairs, but the wall heater was perfect for taking the chill off. The value for this place can’t be beat. The host was super nice and this was a great find for our three days of travel in Madrid.

Maria Jose and her husband were very nice, they helped us with an umbrella and find a parking lot at the time of arrival. The place is nice, the kitchen is very complete. For being winter we couldn't be much outside but the patio is big and looks nice.

Fantastic place in the heart of the city center. Super clean, quiet and cozy apartment to enjoy a stay in Madrid. We will definitely come back !

What an amazing experience with Alejandro! Our stay at Alejandro's place was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Alejandro was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help us in everything we needed. The place was spotless, very cozy and with all the details designed to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. We had a great time, it is a cozy and beautiful apartment.

Fran y Isabel’s flat was amazing. The 2 terraces were beautiful and just like the pictures. Lots of space for our family and in the middle of town. A short walk to the Bernabéu for a match, and close to multiple Metro stations. The flat was clean and inviting, and Francisco was very responsive and good with communication. They even provided a city guide with great recommendations!

Our stay at Carlos' place was absolutely amazing! He was a super friendly and welcoming host, always ready with great advice and recommendations to make our trip even better. The apartment itself was beautiful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. We had a lovely stay here! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The private roof terrace is a big plus - it was nice to sit up there and enjoy some sunshine.

Maria's apartment is very nice and comfortable and was very well prepared for our stay with our dog. I answer questions in minutes. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is very good pressure. The calefacion works very well. The artistic touch gives it a welcoming and enjoyable character. The location is fantastic a few blocks from the Matadero area, Madrid Rio, and many other attractive places in Madrid. There are many restaurants, bars, pharmacies, food stores, banks, and much more. The apartment is wonderful. Wide, cozy and very well located. It's very comfortable. Large and very functional bathroom and kitchen. Nearly in front of the metro and easy access to the sights. It was all I needed to relax between one trip and another.

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The only issue was that we wanted to stay longer. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean with excellent bedsheets and towels. The terrace is stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped and had lots of basic items such a tea towels, dishwasher tablets, extra rubbish bags etc.. these are all very welcome when staying in an apartment. The location is amazing with easy walking distances to lots of beautiful areas in Madrid. We would all love to visit again sometime. All communication with Carlos was helpful, timely and very clear.
