The house is spacious and spotless. You will feel right at home. Location is unbeatable, it is right in the centre of goreme. Lots of good restaurants, mini markets and souvenir shops nearby. House has everything you need. A big kitchen and proper living room to sit down together. Easy to access as apartment is on the ground floor. It also has its own compound. It was snowing when we arrived and compound was covered with fresh snow. Our kids really enjoyed playing snow and making snowman there. Overall, a good place to stay and value for money. Highly recommended !

Very nice house, in a perfect location for visiting all the main valleys of Cappadocia. Very nice host, and available for anything.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The host is very friendly and kind. Excellent!

A spacious flat located around 30 min drive away from the ski resort. Closer to restaurants. Ample parking spaces around the building. Check in was easy and the host was very helpful with local recommendations. I can highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Kayseri.

We stay in Osman house 3 night. 5 beds fit us 6 person to share, very quite place nearby the town. Osman gave us kindly welcome and show us what we can do in his house, especially telling us the tap water from mountain so no need to buy still water to drink. Beside he make us good trip to balloon, very good price.We can't fly in the first day during the bad weather, but he immediately arrange second morning fly in SAME PRICE, no other charging!!

A great stay in a perfect little apartment. Had everything we needed for a few days exploring Cappadocia.

If you have a car, this is the best place to stay. It's hot, but I was worried that there was no air conditioner, but the house is cool enough to feel like I turned on the air conditioner even during the day. The house is spacious and clean since it was remodeled.

Great location, beautiful space, very private and yummy breakfast

I came for skiing, I stayed with my family for 4 nights and you can go to the Erciyes ski resort in about 20 minutes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the city center where you can eat at affordable prices, the grocery store is 10 meters away, the room is enough for 4 people and the 5th person can stay if there are children.
