a clean, peaceful and warm apartment. It is a place where you will need a car, but it should definitely be preferred for a stay in the comfort of a home where we can relieve the tiredness of the day.

Ms. Jeyda was very caring and quickly resolved the small problem we had with the house. The house was quite nicely furnished. It was nice in terms of location, transportation to everywhere was 10 minutes away. The balloons were slightly visible from the window of the house and it was enjoyable. We did not use the terrace in winter. The kitchen supplies were enough, there could have been a tea kettle, or we couldn't find it. There were tea bags, salt, etc. The house was a little cold when we first entered, but the electric heater saved the day. Cleanliness was generally good, but there was some hair on the floors in the downstairs bathroom and the rest of the cleaning was enough. There was a general dust in the house, probably because of ethnic rugs and objects, those with allergies may be uncomfortable. The toilet paper was 2 but one was half and we didn't want to use it. We came with our two children aged 3 and 6, as we said in the warnings, a house with dangerous stairs and railings for children, and we were also very comfortable with caution. Thank you

Honestly our stay was amazing! The place was easy to find, and the locals were generally very helpful. Even without a car, transportation was convenient with buses and taxis available nearby. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. The host was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to help us organize activities in Cappadocia, making our experience even more memorable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely return!

This villa is a great stay if you want to be off the beaten path, but within reach of the major attractions. Be sure to rent a car, as this house is in the middle of a very small village away from all the things you will likely want to do. We had 5 dogs greet us every morning, which we absolutely loved. The only negative I would say is that the internet is absolutely useless.

we loved ovadis place. it's remote and the view is incredible. the little cabin is well equipped. Ovadi was a great host and really helped us , when my passport was lost she phoned up where we'd been and helped us to track it down. a lovely place .

The room is very quiet and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the front patio. Nice, comfortable furniture to relax in after a full day of touring. There is no stovetop and oven in the room. Owner will let you use the kitchen facilities in the Hospitality Office if you ask.

Thanks to our hostess Esra Hn, our hostess, she was very thoughtful, and she even thought about us and prepared a gift. The rooms were immaculately clean, we had a lot of fun with the children. The rooms were delicious. We highly recommend it to everyone

Incredibly helpful, informative and welcoming. Gave phenomenal recommendations for local restaurants and spots, as well as helped us with local activities. The house was spotless and with great views. Went out of his way to help arrange a tyre repair for the car I was renting.

the apartment is great. Ebru was an excellent host. always very friendly and polite and responsive. the apartment is super easy to find, all the local drivers seemed to know where it is. we didn't have any problems with anyone finding the place. and it's close to whatever excursions you choose. we didn't have to drive more than 15 minutes to any activity we booked. there are restaurants and a couple of markets within walking distance. arms close by. you have to go into town for a money exchange, but plenty of shops to see when you're there. overall a great experience in Cappadocia. the only negatives I would give- really could use an oven or at least a microwave or toaster oven. maybe a coat of paint on the walls. and you can here water running in the wall in the main bedroom and half bath. overall I would stay there again.
