Several of my friends and I were attending a convention from out of our state and needed a place reasonably close to Springfield that could accommodate 8 adults for a reasonable price. We chose Tony's listing because it fit all our criteria and it looked like a nice comfy place to relax after a busy day on Saturday. each couple had a bedroom and bathroom with plenty of blankets and towels. The kitchen had an assortment of dishes and although we didn't cook we could have if we wanted to. The living room and kitchen area had plenty of seating for us all to snack and hang out. Thank you for hosting us and we will keep you in mind the next time we're in town!

Great location close to everything. It is a well stocked home with a large fenced backyard perfect for pets and kids at a great value. The owner was responsive when addressing issues noticed and ensured he was aware of the previous damages and that they would tend to the trash as there were not any bins available for removing the trash from the home during our stay. If available, we’d be happy to stay here again.

Riley's rental was perfect for my stay. The living spaces are large and very roomy. The kitchen was great and the neighborhood is very peaceful. My late check-in was easy peezy. Thank you Riley for your cozy home away from home rental!

This is such a beautiful home! It is very spacious, and the owner has provided so many nice touches. All basic kitchen needs are met, and the chef's kitchen is wonderful. There are lots of extra toiletries provided in the bathrooms in case you need them. The bedrooms are nice. We are comfortable here with our family of eight. The owner gets back to you quickly if you have any questions, and truly wants you to view this as your home while you are here. Great Stay!!

We've stayed at Kandace's twice now. Both were just overnight stays, so we can't rate the hot tub and pool (but it looks amazing!). We had a great stay both times. The rental is connected to the main house, but is still very peaceful and private. The home is very comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you need. Kandace is always very friendly and responsive to any questions we have. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

This was chosen for work, Justan was amazing. Easy to talk to, very accommodating and always checking in to make sure everything was okay and working out for us. I would definitely use him again.
