The house was occupied by five girls and was located in a very safe area. It was impeccably clean, with beautiful bed linens and everything well-maintained. We enjoyed walking to the beach and soaking in the wonderful atmosphere. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Rebecca’s place. Beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Great break from city life for the weekend. 5 mins drive from Point Leo Estate & beaches and red hill wineries, maze and other attractions. House was homely and spacious for the 5 of us. Outside space great for our 3 year old to play and park up the road was very convenient. Heating worked well. Beds comfy & shower good. Rebecca very helpful and responsive. Defo recommend.

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

A perfect space for families with young children! The place has everything you need and is great location (by car) to all the attractions/ beaches. The little touches and attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we return to the area.

We had a very comfortable stay at Sam’s. It was easy to find and very conveniently located. The house was well kept, neat and had pretty much everything you would need. The bunk bed and the stuffies made our toddler extra happy :) Only thing to consider is to bring salt, sugar and oil in case you wish to cook in the house.

Loved our Easter break at serenity. House was spotless with lots of extras we didn’t expect. Chris even supplied dog towels so we could bath Winnie after being down at the Dog beach. If you want to park your car and love walking this house is for you! Walk to a great coffee shop just around the corner, walk to Sorrento or Blairgowrie. Even better only 10 min walk to the dog beach where we spent a lot of time. This beach is also great for paddle boarding which we also had fun doing… Communication with Chris was excellent from the moment I booked. We will definitely return.

Ollie and Lucy were amazing, even though we never met. They had arranged for early check-in which got our trip started on the perfect note! Their cottage is very cosy and quietly tucked away, yet an easy 10min walk from rosebud beach. Very easy to relax with the whole family. Our beagle also enjoyed the enclosed front yard which made our Christmas even more special! Highly recommend to families on a chill get away. Thanks Ollie and Lucy

Naomi’s property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach. The house is spotless, comfortable, and offers plenty of privacy. Naomi was incredibly responsive to messages and kindly accommodated an earlier check-in for us. I would happily stay here again in the future!

WOW, what a perfect property, house was large, clean and child friendly with no clutter and everything a family could possibly need plus more. The kitchen had EVERY POSSIBLE ITEM you need. Children loved running on the manicured spacious lawn with all sports equipment provided. Pool was emaculate. My family ranging from 1 year to 61 years all relaxed and played all weekend. Definitely recommend to stay here, waking in the morning with a coffee and listening to the birds was beautiful. The beds and pillows all really comfortable I will definitely be rebooking for another stay. There was no need to leave the property for our whole stay, except to top up any food we forgot. If you want a family getaway THIS IS THE PLACE.

Only positive things to say about staying at Royadie Resort! Such a gorgeous home, perfect for a weekend away with friends or family. Kitchen was well-appointed, beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds, very spacious with lots of amenities and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy. Ben was a great host who was very accommodating and communicative. Dont hesitate to book this property... I am certainly looking forward to coming back again!

No need to leave this amazing property on your stay unless you want to go to the beach. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is catered for here. We were 8 adults 4 children under 5 and it was perfect for our needs. Ensuites in 3 bedrooms and the 4th had another nearby for their use making it very comfortable and private for us all. All on one level no stairs a bonus with small children. This was a family Christmas weekend away the kitchen was perfect for all of us cooking a feast in the space. There is a well equipped kitchen with a Huge fridge well stocked Pantry great oven for our Christmas Pork and lamb. Beds were very comfy. Best feature l agree is the amazing pool and spa area everyone loved it. We had one trip to the beach and the kids were asking to go back for a swim in the pool. Anthony an excellent host communication was great. Highly recommend this property set in a great quiet location.

Fantastic stay! Plenty of space for our families, with big rooms, a great outdoor area, and large TV for entertainment. The hosts provided all the essentials, including coffee, shampoo, and even board games. The kitchen was well equipped - rice cooker, cheese gratter, and electric whisk… you name it! Location is excellent: quiet and close to stunning beaches. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures: airy but cozy, with a beautiful yard and lots of tranquil places to sit. The hot tub under the trees was a highlight, as was the amazing and well-equipped kitchen. Our baby and dog both loved it too! This is one of those most special rentals I’ve ever stayed in, and I very much hope we’ll get to spend time here again.

Lovely place, clean and aesthetically arranged with decorations. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, laundry room were stocked with essentials. The host team were responsive and communicative with guest questions and concerns. Only issue would be the hot water sometimes being completely cold in the shower for a brief time but aside from that, the place was cosy and secure. The TV and standing mirror were a favourite!

Beautiful, clean studio with well appointed amenities. Great for a weekend getaway down the Peninsula. Would recommend for couples or families and we look forward to returning in the future!

We loved our stay at Vlinders! The house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway - beautiful open plan kitchen/living with open fireplace and all the supplies we needed, and a wonderful location within east walking distance to a great playground and all the local cafes and shops. Very kid friendly. We would love to come back again soon!

My family and I had a great time at Daryl's place. It's an awesome location and the place looks better than the photos! Daryl was also very helpful with instructions and questions. Would visit again.
