We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice being closer to the beach and the marina in Psalter Path. it was our first time on the island and even though the weather was not great we had fun. Thanks David for making sure we had some snacks and necessities in the house!

This little house was the perfect beach stay. The wrap around deck with steps that lead to the sand, private beach access, and big window views of the ocean were amazing. I will emphasize that it is exactly as advertised, “little house on the beach” with one shared bathroom, 2 small bedrooms, and a living room/kitchen this is a perfect spot for a couple, small family, or just a few adults. If you’re trying to save and fit more the beds will accommodate just want to caution it will be cramped! The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! Literally one of the best AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed at. This was a combo of several things: the amazing host, the beautiful home itself, and the amazing location. Dana was such a great host; communication was quick and clear, they were so friendly, and there were extremely thoughtful personal touches at the AirBNB. The BNB was pristine and even better than what we were expecting; the pictures don’t do it justice! It was such a comfortable, bright, and homey place to stay. The location was perfect; literally steps from the beach, and Topsail Island has so many fun things to do. Definitely 11/10!!!

Our group had the opportunity to stay at Steve's rental in Atlantic Beach just 1 block from the ocean. It was a comfort space, very reasonable price (since it was the off season), and we enjoyed the amenities that the kitchen offered as well as the aray of fun games at the house. Steve was very proactive as getting us setup for check in and responsive throughout our entire stay. A beautiful area and very peaceful in the winter. We loved exploring the beach and being so close to plenty of restaurants and town. A memorable stay!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

The exterior showcases a charming duplex with a shared front entrance. Two doors, marked 312 and 310, lead into each unit. Columns frame the entryway, and potted plants are arranged on the steps, enhancing the welcoming ambiance of the property.

This charming home in the historic district is a great stay. The location is great - just blocks from shops and restaurants. Steve and his assistant were quick to respond with any questions / concerns. My husband loved the history of the house and running the neighborhood. We would def stay again.

This place was everything we were looking for in a long weekend getaway. It is clean, cute, comfy and is located on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, historic area and local beaches. The water view from the deck was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and the sunsets were stunning. Our fur baby enjoyed the gated deck. The hosts are friendly & attentive but not intrusive. We are definitely going back.

We took our teens here for a graduation trip for our daughter. The house comfortably held all 8 of us. We asked for extra towels, and they were quickly provided. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the views. Sitting on the deck watching the waves and listening to the ocean all day long were spectacular. The house was stocked with books and games. Our young adults and teens (6 of them!) enjoyed doing the puzzles and playing games. The kitchen was stocked with enough dinnerware for all of us. Starter paper goods were available, and we easily replaced them with Walmart delivery. Both Walmart and Costco deliver to the property, making it easy to relax. We used the kitchen and the BBQ daily. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing bonding time with our kids. And thank you for accommodating delayed flights both on arrival and departure! Sam was very kind taking time to explain everything to us and answer any questions. THANKS! 10 plus stars!

We chose a very special place for a very special occasion - our silver jubilee. The ocean views were awesome and the constant sound of the waves were quite soothing to hear. The sturdy wooden staircases provided quick and easy access to the beach from both floors of the house. All the rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. The ocean theme of the living room’s furnishings and fabric added a cozy feel to the space. All the bathrooms were clean and contemporary. The full kitchen was very much to our liking with literally everything one would need. Donna responded to all our queries in a timely and professional manner. Her placing an anniversary greeting card on the kitchen counter was a lovely gesture and well appreciated by us. The quaint and quiet seaside neighborhood was absolutely charming. Our dear pet also had a wonderful time. Along with a fabulous weather, the vibes were just perfect to turn our momentous day into a memorable celebration. Will definitely consider coming back.

The colors are great (neutral) which for me at least, makes a big difference even if it’s just a temporary stay. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect amount of space for my husband, myself, and our very large German Shepherd. Would stay again for sure.

We are so very thankful to have been at Jenn and Ian’s home during our military move and house hunting. We experienced no less than absolute kindness and consideration, and all aspects of our stay were such a respite! We have a large family and pets, and each of us was not only comfortable and easily accommodated in the house layout, but also found plenty to do to occupy our downtime. The kitchen was well stocked, everyday supplies were readily available in ample provisions, and communication with the hosts was seamless and always a pleasure. We would not only highly recommend this home to other guests; we would be more than happy to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Denise’s Airbnb. It is located in a very peaceful area with a great view of the water. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock. They reeled in a few blue crab and a kingfish (all were happily released after we snapped a few pics). We prepared Easter dinner in the well equipped and beautifully updated kitchen and enjoyed it at the large dining room table. The grandkids also fell in love with the neighbor’s dog, Dolly, and loved taking walks down the road to look at the goats. Lots to do in this area and we hope to stay here again! Thanks for everything.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Layden's place over the Easter weekend. There were five of us staying there and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean and bright. The pictures on the site very accurately displayed the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Layden was very responsive to all our needs and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

This beach house was perfect four our family of 6. Being able to walk right out to the beach is amazing, and if you don't want to walk out to the beach, the view from the upper deck is fabulous! Amy's place had everything we needed to cook breakfast and seafood dinners. We appreciated the use of the house beach chairs - less items to travel with! Great local produce (Andrews Produce) down the road, we love going to the Seafood Market for the daily catch, and we tried Topsail Steamer (pot worked great on top of the grill). Great long weekend at Topsail and wish we could have stayed longer.

It has been a longstanding dream for my son and daughter in law to spend time on the Outer Banks-specifically Cape Lookout and the adjacent island with the wild horses. The central location of this home gave us great flexibility in planning the days' activities. The house is beautiful, welcoming in coastal charm and definitely exceeded our expectations. We were a multi generational group and the amenities included provided great options for all and a vacation getaway to remember. And, yes, for a little while, my grandchildren actually put down their electronic devices to enjoy pool or foosball.....a real success. Our hosts were wonderful, responsive and available-they checked in periodically to see if there was anything we needed or anything they could do to enhance our stay. 2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

I stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 triathlon and it was perfect! Walking distance to everything. The apartment was spotless. He also had high quality food, soaps, coffee, toilet paper etc.. available instead of the cheap stuff. This was a great way to spend my race weekend.

My husband and I do not usually stay at Air bnb's because of a couple bad experiences. Now that we have two kids we needed a kitchen and more space than a hotel. David and Patricia's house was absolutely perfect. There were some toys for the kids, a fenced in backyard for my 3 year old to run, and so many other conveniences. We felt at home immediately. We will be staying here for any future visits. Thank you for having us !
