This is one of the best accommodation we rented via Aibnb - suberb cleanliness (NAKAKAHIYA MAGKALAT 😅) simple, accessible and with complete amenities ❤️ Host and caretaker are very responsive ❤️ I found a place to stay whenever I wanted to visit Pampanga. The place was very nice It would be the best place to stay for smokers But there are too many red ants. I struggled for a few days because my whole body was bitten from the bed to the floor.

All good things about this villa and its hosts have already been said, so I’ll share our other favorite parts of the experience! I loved the bed, the grill, the hot shower, and my dog really loved the pool. Already planning when to go back :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Bryan's place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could ever need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Bryan was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early at no extra charge, which made our arrival that much easier. As a couple, we loved the chic, cozy bohemian vibe of the space. The vibrant color choices on the walls added such a fun, energetic feel, and the interior furniture was just perfect. The kitchen and bathroom were both immaculate – spotless and inviting. The bed was a dream! It was unbelievably soft, and the linens were fresh and clean, making for some of the best sleep we’ve had away from home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Bryan was a responsive and thoughtful host, and the whole check-in process was seamless. We will definitely be booking this place again in the future – it’s an experience we won’t forget and can’t wait to relive!

I would like to start with the things me and my friends did not like. First was the smell of rust in the water. However, I read previous reviews and the host was already able to address this. It is beyond their control and it is because of their provider. There was also a stray cat wandering in the place but when I sent a message to the hosts they were very responsive and had kuya richard take care of it. Things we liked about the place starts with the parking space. it is big enough to park 4 vehicles, pool is clean, you will also have a beautiful view of Mt. Arayat at the top floor. We were not able to take advantage of the bonfire as we spent most of our time in the karaoke. Place is also covered with CCTV. Would definitely book again in this place if we plan on visiting Pampanga again.

This is a definitely super duper recommended! 5 star rating is not enough! Great stay and superb service! Host is super responsive and friendly. We, esp my kids, enjoyed the pool so much! Absolutely, if there's a chance again to go to Pampanga, will surely book again this listing! Thank you so much!

No complaints, clean space, scenic view, and responsive hosts!

The place was very peaceful and quiet. The host was very accomodating, responsive and kind. The villa was clean and very home-y. We would definitely come back here next time, our stay refreshed and relaxed us. It was really worth it. :)
