Beachfront vacation rentals in Caorle

It's a picturesque getaway, and we had a beautiful holiday!

Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is small but nice. For 2 people with a dog, there was everything you could ever need. It was clean and in a great location. For a short trip just recommended.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at any time. We will be happy to come back again

Very nice, large apartment with great views of Piran from the roof terrace. Roman and Kathi immediately respond to messages if something is unclear.

We had a great time staying at the lovely place, the way to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the area, eating at great restaurants, having drinks by the sea, relaxing, or just going to the market for snacks. I’d definitely stay here again! The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and eating in, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the marina, and a working a/c. One night, I took my drink outside and sat on the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Here, you can be as active or relaxed as you like. I will note for all who go to Red Island, take cash! They only take cash on the island for water sport rentals. If you use a lounge chair, it’s likely a person from the hotel will come and collect 10€. 👍🏻 anyhoo - great apartment, Milica! The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

great place to stay, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some canned games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a holiday in serenity! Beautiful outdoor space with a table and even a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very kind and helpful host, she also left us a welcome thought 💞 Highly recommended for families too!

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. We wanted a modern, well-kept, clean and tidy apartment, and this apartment was exactly what we wanted. We love having our coffee in the morning and looking out over the sea, and that was possible this week. Dealing with the hosts has given us confidence and safety and we are grateful for it. Will definitely visit again.

We moved into the apartment as a family of 4, a child 13, the other 11. Both children slept on a sofa bed, which was a little small for both. From the description, we assumed it was an apartment right on the beach with sea views. The apartment was located on the side of the ground floor in the property, so no sea view was possible. The apartment has a terrace in the shade all day. The apartment is still centrally located and can be parked in a modern and super clean underground car park. Everything was provided. An electric coffee maker was not provided. But a lot of good cafes were nearby. We were even able to jump in a really nice and clean pool, which is right on the beach and is certainly a highlight in summer.

Great stay, everything is perfect as described, large spaces, clean, host always available, what can you ask for better? The most beautiful part is in the basement, a huge living room with a card table and a very large bathroom! Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super- almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and screens on the lower floor, it was easy to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or take other excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Do not specify a TV. Otherwise, please come back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The view is incredible, and the modern decor with all the little details made it feel so cozy. Elsa went above and beyond with a super generous welcome pack of food and drinks, which really made us feel at home. Communication was great, and we really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and relaxing by the rock pools on the sun loungers provided. Lots of towels provided and comfortable beds. 20 minute drive to Trieste and a short drive to Sistiana for local restaurants. We could have stayed here forever!

The host was very friendly and accommodating. They met me as I exited the bus and walked with me to the house.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Beautiful, clean villa. Many good restaurants nearby. We were satisfied with everything.
