The perfect apartment, new and extremely clean structure, everything as is in the photos and description. The location is perfect for those who want to know the beaches of Bombinhas, Ribeiro, Bombas, Lagoinha and 4 islands, as we do not need to take the car out of the garage, we did everything on foot. Next to the center, markets and restaurants. The structure is great, we were able to enjoy the pool and other amenities very well. We received the spotless apartment The hosts, Claudia and Amilton, are very helpful, friendly and polite, have welcomed us very well and answered all our questions promptly. The apartment is as published, it is inside a very safe and clean condominium. We had our own cochera, the pool always clean, there is also a game room with pool and metegol. It is located 2 blocks from the beach and the main street of downtown where it is full of shops with good prices. The apartment has an authorized key, 2 bedrooms ( one with own bathroom) both with air, full kitchen with utensils, dining room and living room with smart TV ( netflix, YouTube, etc.) and air conditioning. Excellent wifi, Laundry room with washing machine, water filter (very important) Iron, hair dryer and beach kit (cart with 4 lounge chairs) all inclusive. Everything is clean and in pristine condition. The only thing I would recommend is to welcome guests with some element of hygiene ( soap in the bathrooms, etc) Super Recommended and grateful. Sensational! It was a great stay, extremely clean and organized apartment, I have never seen Airbnb so well-equipped. It has a garage, tag entrance, password, near the beach of palmas, good location, fully air-conditioned apartment, complete in kitchen utensils. A truly differentiated structure. We were made to feel welcome, and we received 24/7 support. Janine and family welcomed us extremely well and showed a lot of kindness and proactivity, a care that stands out. The apartment is located at a strategic point of the city, we had no difficulty. I highly recommend the site and we will definitely return many more times!
