Simply sensational. No need to go to the Caribbean. The house is great, the outside space is huge. Access to the sea is actually foot in the sand. It's like a private beach. Very quiet and nice. The host is very considerate. Nothing missing. I recommend it!

The stay was wonderful, it exceeded my expectations! Casa pé na sand, ideal for those who have children, like me! I stayed with my family for a week and only left home to go to the beach or the market that is even close to the condominium! We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, but it was quickly resolved by the host! I recommend it and we will definitely come back!

The house is just like the photos. In fact, she's prettier! It has 4 bathrooms, everything was clean and organized. It has a good distribution of rooms. We were 3 families, there were a lot of ice creamers, the ice machine, super complete the dishes and utensils. It was a great choice for our vacation.

Perfect ocean view apartment with great attention to detail! The sound system was a nice touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Great location near restaurants and bars, and Angelica was always quick to respond . The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. Check-in was smooth and the parking spot was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect, everything beautiful and clean, the differential to stay with the house was the jacuzzi, but unfortunately it did not work, it had the broken panel, the host still tried to solve, but the rain hindered the technician to go to the house.

The apt is as described and the general wn building also, it has several amenities and on the beach we are walking, it is 3 or 4 blocks no more, in addition with the cart that is available it is easier. The only thing I didn't like was that when I arrived there were signs that were no more cars coming in, that there was no place, and the owner had told me that if there would be room for mine. But with a very good disposition I communicate with the real estate, and conversing everything was resolved...we were able to enter the car and unload quietly. Of course to get in and out in the car you have to be patient because it gets full, but as we go to the beach walking, the problem is when you take walks in the day and go out early. Then everything is great, divine place for a good vacation!! I would definitely be back!

Good location, all rooms with air conditioning, well-equipped and clean house. Atentar that are 3 floors, the third is a snail staircase, access a little difficult if you have babies or old people.

Simply amazing the house, much better than we imagined. The house is really “standing on the sand”, you open the house gate and it's already on the sand. It was super clean and well-maintained, the cabinets smelling. The view is very top, amazing sunrise, super recommend.

If you are looking for a place to relax, well located, impeccable structure, lots of comfort and sea view, Silvina's penthouse is the perfect place. Our stay during the holiday was spectacular, we plan to return soon. We were very well received, Silvina is very kind, a host with a score of 10, we recommend 100%.

The apartment is wonderful and full of amenities. It was homeoffice and it was very good to work with the sea view. Viviane was attentive and always answered my doubts. Pereque beach is also very beautiful and calm. Otimo to go with the family and children. However, the region itself is still developing. There are not many bars/restaurants. But it is 10min by car of itapema, which provides a lot of leisure.
