Beautiful area with so many things to do. Great distance to local events and shopping. The house was exactly how described and the host was very responsive

We absolutely loved staying here. The home is very lovey, inviting and relaxing. It's in a great location to walk to the train and to the lovely local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Super easy to find. Lots of parking for my trailer as we move. Stores and coffee super close. Not too far from the freeway. Tons of extra toiletries and items you may have forgotten.

We stayed here for a family trip, great eateries and happy hour locations and the zoo within 10 min drive. We did not walk anywhere. Comfortably fit a family of four plus grandma. Clean with nice hosts living close in case of any assistance. The special touches were great, phone chargers everywhere, old school nitendo, snacks and fun array of coffee and tea. Highly recommend for a peaceful family stay!

We have been staying at airbnbs now going on 12 years and owned and operated two and Teresa is by far the best host we have had on any of our stays so far. She genuinely cares about your needs and is quick to meet them with exceeding expectations. This beautiful 3 bedroom was the perfect little cozy nook for our family to land. We have animals and kids and it worked GREAT for us. The yard was wonderful for our golden retriever and the walking trails are perfect, happy pup! We would walk to the park down the street for the kids to play at also, happy kids! The king size beds were SO comfortable, happy parents! Loved the propane stove top and the water was always hot in the shower. after a cold walk. We came in the winter so the view of Pikes peek from all of the bedrooms was beautiful! Teresa is thoughtful in her attention to detail. From the board games, to the kids toys, to the beautiful Colorado literature and artwork, this place was wonderful and a place to call home. Thank you!!!

We had a great stay at this lovely Old North End home, and would definitely come back. The kitchen is great to cook in and had just about everything we needed to host a family Christmas in the dining room, which was perfect for the occasion. Barbara even put up a Christmas tree and decorations on the mantle (after asking if that was ok), so it was very festive. Everything is labeled so it’s easy to find items and figure out how things work. Instructions are very clear. The back area and side area for dogs were perfect for our dog to play. The neighborhood is lovely, good for dog walking, and really convenient to downtown. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable, it’s decorated very nicely - basically everything you’d want in an airbnb. We always looked forward to coming back to this home.

We had a lovely stay at Catherine's house, there is lots of space and has everything you need! She was a responsive and helpful host, and we would definitely stay here again. Our teens loved the foos ball table and comfy basement, and the kitchen is updated, clean, and has all the supplies needed for cooking. The house is also easy walking distance to Old Colorado City and several great shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed Tim’s beautiful spot in a wonderful neighborhood not far from all the things you’d need for your stay. Beds were very comfy and we loved that our dog was able to come and stay with us. We came to do the manitou incline and that was only 20ish minutes away so it was perfect! Thank you for having us 😊

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

My family and I were traveling for a holiday getaway to get out of the city for a few days. Camila was awesome! She was quick in responding to the few questions we had before and during our stay and very helpful. A few minor annoyances, the bathroom light wasn’t working, the pool wasn’t running, and it was a little difficult to get to the RV the first time. But nothing that seriously affected the quality of our stay. My kiddos were in love with the chickens (Cinnamon Toast Queens, as they like to call them) as well as the adorable little pup Bullet. They had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. We also appreciated the gift of fresh eggs! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for making our holiday so fantastic!

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

We stayed for 3 weeks and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and preparing food. The appliances were nice and we appreciated the laundry pods. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also nice to have the fireplace the few days it snowed. We were very cozy staying in and watching movies. It's also a great location. We walked to the Blue Moose for pizza and beer, and walked to the pond for some fishing. Woodland Park is close for going to the grocery store or out to dinner. Erin is very responsive and ensured we had a 5-star stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in CO. -Jim & Mindy

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! Exactly as described and held 8 of us without a problem! I would definitely look into staying there again!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

This truly was a family friendly place to stay! We traveled with our 9 month old and didn’t have to haul toys, high chair or a bed for him because Ashley had everything we needed. Her place was clean and comfortable. One of the most important things for my family and I when traveling is comfortability and coziness. The furniture and bedding was comfy and extra blankets and pillows were provided. Ashley was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. All the instructions and rules were very clear and there were no questions about checking in or out. The only “complaint” is that everything we planned to do (activities and eating spots) was in Colorado Springs which was a 20-30 min drive (depending on exactly where we were going) everyday. We made the drive about 2 times a day so we used up quite a bit of gas but it wasn’t terrible because the location has very easy access to the highway. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our second stay at the Bristlecone Cabin. It was as enjoyable as our first stay there in 2021. We love the cabin and the grounds. It’s very peaceful and close to downtown Manitou Springs, where there are fun shops and restaurants. Annie & Douglass provide helpful information about good places to eat and there is a ton of literature about the town provided in the cabin. I highly this location!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had and definitely one of the best trips we’ve ever had! The place was amazing and had so much attention to detail woven in. We loved the pictures on the walls, the amenities available, the amazing beds, and the TV room. Super cozy and amazing value.

We had an amazing time for 3 nights at Black eagle ranch! We had fun walking around in the 3 feet of snow on the enormous property. We came with 4 adults and 1 child to go to the ice castles and check out ice fest. We loved how easy it was to get to and from cripple creek. Karen was super responsive and very kind to us. Her checkout process was especially nice since we had so many people and a child. Everything was definitely worth the price and would love to come back again.

We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The location was perfect! Close to the south gate, convenient access to the local park with a playground and the many tourist attractions. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. They even had a deluxe umbrella stroller for our use. Our Granddaughter loved the mini “roller coaster” and especially the children’s swing in the front yard. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests.

We loved our stay here at this beautiful and cozy home!! We love Colorado Springs and can't wait to come back!

We were so happy to find Keri's place! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, beds were comfortable, and so much space for us to spread out. Would definitely recommend to others!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Barb was such a fantastic host. It took her no time at all to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay. She was very friendly and kind wether it be thru text or phone call. We had our two dogs with us and it was set up great for them both inside and out. The yard was very well fenced in with two separate sections if needed. My family and I would absolutely recommend Barb and her place to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, at home stay. This will be our go to for the future.
