House vacation rentals in Candlewood Isle

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

An amazing location when you want to get slightly off the grid for peace and tranquility. Everything you need to truly slow down, dial out and get peace, quiet and rest. An amazing spot for a weekend getaway. If you want to find yourself amongst serene surroundings and a quiet, private wooded area, this is the place. Just enough modern amenities to be comfortable, but just basic enough to make you slow down. Tanner the host was the most responsive and helpful host of any of the airbnbs we've ever stayed. Truly went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More than accommodating with every request.

This was my second time saying at this location. It is always clean and exactly as described getting to the actual apartment is a bit tricky but well worth it for the price and wonderful hosting. I absolutely recommend staying here. It is a great little getaway or a perfect spot to stay for your business trip

Lovely home, plenty of space. A little hard to get in and out of the driveway with the snow (even though they were very kind and plowed for us there was just too much snow). I recommend taking a car with 4wd if a snowstorm is supposed to come. Will return in the summertime!

My friends and I stayed here for our annual Girl's Trip and the house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We loved the open concept and the location was peaceful. We also loved how close it was to New Paltz and Kingston for shopping and our favorite coffee shop - Blackbird Cafe - was only a 7 min drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband, dog, and I stayed at Melanie's place for 6 weeks while we were waiting to close on our new home. The house was incredible, very clean, and fully stocked with anything that you could need during your stay. The property was quiet and wonderful for our dog to enjoy her outside time. Melanie was very communicative during our stay - she had her cleaning crew come twice and was on top of any necessary snow removal while we were there. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be to stay there in the nicer months of the year! The location was fantastic as well, close to the main road but not too close that the noise of the cars would be bothersome. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Melanie's place if they are coming to the area. Truly a home away from home!

Stayed here with 8 friends and we enjoyed it so much! Honestly the pictures do not do it justice. The view to the lake was so nice and our favorite part was waking up to that beautiful sunrise view, absolutely stunning! The place is big and roomy and everyone slept so comfortable. House was perfect in such a cute community and it was very clean I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

I can't rate this place highly enough! We travel to the Hudson valley frequently, and this place was cozy, quirky and incredibly well equipped for myself, my husband and our 4 and 1 year old children. We arrived to a warm and cozy (complete with yule-log on the TV) space with toys for the littles and snacks/prosecco for the grown ups! The location is excellent for hitting all of our favorite spots. Yanna was so proactive with local recommendations and clear instructions. We will definitely stay again!

I lost count of how many times I had booked Chana's place. My family and I are always satisfied with the hospitality of Chana and team! The place is as described on the listing and is the same as in the pictures. The house is clean and has every basic thing that you need. The host quickly response to our questions. We will definitely book again when we come back!

Ilton's place was perfect to host a few out-of-town friends for a few days! There was a concert happening at Old Dutch Church; it was so convenient to walk to and then easy walk around Kingston in the morning. This house had every amenity listed. The sun room was our favorite spot to read and drink coffee in the morning. Ilton was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working for us! Can't recommend this place enough :)

We were fortunate to spend several months at the Waterside Home with our two children and our dog during our house renovation and couldn’t have asked for a more charming and peaceful spot. Jonathan is a wonderful host and was always responsive. Pictures cannot begin to do justice to the spectacular landscaping, the mature trees and paths carved through cultivated wildflower meadows. We loved playing tennis and pickleball with our kids. While given privacy, we all appreciated the well-cherished grounds. Inside, there was plenty of room to accommodate our family. It’s well-furnished, charming and functional and very much like a home rather than a rental house. The kitchen has everthing we needed. The primary suite in particular is lovely and large with stunning views over the reservoir. Last, the location is perfect within a few easy minutes of Katonah’s cute shops and restaurants and near 684 yet completely quiet, secure and tranquil. Thank you Jonathan for a perfect stay!

We had a great time for my sister in law’s bachelorette. About an hour from Warwick Winery but worked our way back to the more local ones. Had a minor issue with the hottub but Faisal offered to send someone to fix it in the moment, which def was not necessary. Would absolutely stay at this house again!

Great stay at Andrea's house in Canaan. House is very nicely renovated and appointed with plenty of room for a family gathering. Walking distance to restaurants in town, and really enjoyed the firepit. Would definitely stay again.

Was in the area to visit family and this was a perfect location for me. Had just what my family needed to have a great weekend

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

We have stayed at multiple Airbnb's and this one is absolutely incredible! The pictures do not do it justice - this place exceeded our expectations in every way! The most private peaceful property with the beautiful pond & woods for taking walks and the house is so spacious and rustic we loved it! We are pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen extremely well equipped for cooking all our meals with multiple pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, trays and plenty of plates, silverware and mugs for our large group. There are plenty of books & games to keep you entertained, we didn't turn on the TV once! The place was impeccably clean and we absolutely loved the antique doors, lighting, art & furniture and the multiple bathrooms! Our kids loved the swings on the porch and by the barn, playing yard games and just exploring the surroundings. What an incredible retreat... we would stay here again without hesitation! We were imagining how beautiful the place would be in each season.
