If you ever need to stay in Canberra, consider this accommodation, close to restaurants, pubs, clubs, and a full shopping mall across the road. The apartment is clean and has everything that you require for either a short or long stay. Thoroughly recommend Norm and Patchey made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with a lock up garage as well! I will try to use this again next time i stay in Canberra.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry were all very good. I didn't do much cooking (visiting relatives every day) but I did appreciate the washer, dryer, and good supply of detergent.

Loved the location, easy to get to all the sights and nice and close to the lake. GREAT pool!

The location is very close to walk to lots of sites and the beautiful foreshore. The accommodation is very roomy, the bed was comfortable and it is well equipped in the kitchen. Linh was always quick to respond to questions and provided very comprehensive instructions on how to use the appliances (stove, washing machine, etc). We also received exact instructions ahead of time on how to get the keys, how to get into the parkade, where to park, which elevator to use, all very helpful when we first arrived.

The place was just as described, the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

Probably one of the better Airbnb’s in Canberra. They actually provide a good quality bed and pillows, and excellent other amenities. Couldn’t fault it to be honest!

A great one bedroom apartment located in the leafy neighbourhood of Kingston. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and very clean. I frequently visit Canberra and typically stay in the Braddon area, however, will now opt to stay in this residential serviced apartment and hotel complex. A really lovely and quiet neighbourhood, close to cafes and restaurants and a medium size supermarket. Would absolutely stay here again and plan on doing so next time I’m in Canberra.

We enjoyed our stay at You's place tremendously. The place was very comfortable, exactly as described, parking very convenient, very quiet, and the AC units were very much appreciated. We loved the location for our daily walks around the AIS. You and Bobby were very prompt in replying to any question we had. A great property to stay at. Amazing views. The building itself is great for families with a pool, spa and kids room. Charles was a wonderful host. Very helpful when needed and provided clear instructions for check in and out, as well as how to find the car park. Would love to stay again in the future!

There were a few small issues when we arrived and Chris was quick to resolve them. The location and view from the balcony of the apartment was fantastic. Our kids loved the indoor pool and spa. No doubt the outdoor pool and BBQ area will be even better during Summer. We’ll be back for sure and highly recommend anyone looking for a cosy apartment to stay just 10 minutes away from the city.

First time traveling for a business conference and found this lovely close by place to stay! so close to foodcourts and places to see, was very clean felt so at home when i walked in. Lovely Host!! 100% would come back and recommend

Highly recommended if you need to stay in the Tuggeranong town centre area Easy walking distance to just about everything including the shopping centre. Wonderful unit, would suit a small family. Really secure and plenty of secure parking. Very good value for money

This is an absolutely stunning apartment in a very stylish building right in the centre of Canberra. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was so easy to walk everywhere and there are so many great restaurants close by. We loved our stay here and would be keen to stay again. The views from the apartment are incredible
