Boris is a great host, ever helpful and very concerned about the guest's comfort. The caretaker Vernie was too good and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Jancy who was managing the property was very responsive and helpful and even her staff at the property was very nice. Breakfast they made each day of our Stay was just too good. Our whole loved this property and services provided by Mangrove Stays.

Greet’s house is very beautiful and well-curated. The house has everything that is needed and the entire place is completely private including the pool area. The landscaping is beautiful and so are the art and furniture pieces. She is amazing at communication and shared a great list of recommended restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

It is a lovely place for a family vacation. The villa is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and maintained. It is a great place for family with children , if you want to prepare some meals at home etc., and need some down time to relax between going to the beach. We enjoyed the big and very clean pool as well. You will need a car to access the beach, but several lovely beaches and shacks are reachable within 10- 15 min drive. Special thanks to Sourabh who is super helpful and responsive!

We visited Shivnath's villa, as a family of 4 and 2 pets. Right from booking, all the way to checkout, the host is proactive, caring, and ensured we had a perfect stress-free stay. The location is centrally located to both the more touristy beaches, and also the pristine, less visited beaches, we had a wonderful vacation. Everything is immaculate, perfectly convenient, very well maintained, and in good working condition.

The place was really great, the place was really clean and didn't face any issues with check in or check out. Other things were really great.

I had a wonderful stay at Smriti's place! The apartment was spotless, bright, and exactly as described. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Smriti was an exceptional host – always responsive and went out of her way to help with everything we asked for. From offering local tips to assisting with extra requests, she made sure we had a seamless experience. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Very nice and modern villa with superb furnishings. Neat and clean place and we had a great stay. Highly recommended!! The caretaker was so good and made our stay more comfortable. It’s a brand new villa and good location. Very peaceful. Beach was hardly 3-4 mins from the villa and Carmona beach was so clean, we really had best times for our lives.

Villa is a perfect place to stay for anyone who desires to enjoy the tranquility of South Goa - nothing beats this place. It is classy and clearly sets itself apart from the other places in its vicinity and generally around in Goa. It has a proper pool unlike most villas which offer a namesake pool. It is a bit away from North Goa so if one wishes to party all night at North and come back to the Villa- it may be a bit of a long ride. Helpers at the villa are very accommodative in ensuring all requests are acceded to. Owner was generous in helping us in organising boat rides in Talpona river and was quite reasonable in providing a late checkin.

The villa was beautiful—spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The outdoor area was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the location offered easy access to local attractions. The hosts were welcoming and ensured a comfortable stay!

A great place for friends & family. The pool & the outdoor dinning area is simply awesome & added much value to our friends & family time. It’s a bit cut off from active areas but Bart was very helpful in ensuring cabs & self drive car rental immediately to do trips to places around. The Villa is equipped with good amount of breakfast food but at the same time, if the plan is to order food to the Villa... it’s not the best available. But some great dinning areas are just 15mins drive away. Great was to spend time in nature.

Lovely bunglow inside a gated community..very very safe Ground floor hall dining kitchen..2 bedrooms on 1st floor..1 bedroom on 2nd floor..big kingsize bedrooms..had microwave , washing machine etc Swimming pool was awesome..very strict about timings 7 am to 7 pm..caps a must for men too.. Had space for 1 car to park just outside the house Trinity/ benaulim beach close by..lovely restaurants close by..walking distance..cookhm, brilllant,hideout Just outside the gate..there is a convenience store..to get milk bread yoghurt...and a small food joint to get idly dosa..omelette bread..for breakfast

Good affordable stay

Firstly, this place is a lot better than it looked in the photos when I booked. The house is clean and well-equipped with all required amenities. The surroundings are peaceful. It was a perfect place for my family trip of five people. Another good part is the location. If you are planning a trip to South Goa, I think it's one of the best locations you can stay. All the must-visit places and best restaurants are close by. Having your own vehicle is a must as sometimes it might be difficult to get a taxi from the location. Lastly, thanks to Alok (host) and Santosh (caretaker) for all their extended help and support during my visit that collectively made this Goa trip one of my best. Now this will be my go-to place next time I visit South Goa.

This was a trip with my school friends ans family. The stay was right what we wanted. Villa is well decorated and maintained. Did not face any issues at all. Blossom and the care taker Rajesh were available right when we needed them. Definitely recommended
