Our stay was very pleasant! The apartment is large, the rooms are spacious and everything is just like in the pictures. The auto check in with electronic lock is very practical, the bedding was clean and smelling, the towels were carefully bagged as if we were in a hotel! Fran always responded quickly when we sent a message or wanted to ask any questions. The resistance of the electric shower from the social bathroom was broken, but promptly our host sent an electrician who exchanged the part in a matter of minutes after contact. The apartment is in a prime area of Campinas, very close to the Taquaral Park and the surroundings have restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all very close and practical! I will certainly stay in this apartment again if I return to the city. I highly recommend it!

The studio is extremely cozy. It was all very clean and fragrant. The Hosts were receptive and kind. My stay was great and I definitely recommend it to those who are passing through Campinas!

Cida and Sérgio have welcomed us to the best of their ability, they are extremely helpful, educated and helped us in everything we need. The house disclaims compliments, is very cozy and feels like ‘Casa de Vó’, being great for resting, cooking and enjoying the sky in the outdoor area (which is great for animals). I will definitely come back more often! ✨

I just spend a weekend at Rita’s Chacara, and I had an excellent time. From the beginning Rita was very available to answer to my questions and helped me finding what in needed. She has been very flexible with the checking and check out. The house is just perfect for spending a WE with friends and family. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The BBQ zone provides a comfortable place to stay , cook and prepare churrasco. I loved the garden, full of trees, flowers , life. And very quiet. The place has great energy. It has been a very pleasant time. Me and my guest we all felt home Rita has been a great and very friendly host. I’ll come for sure next time I’ll be in Paulínia.

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

The place is wonderful, very well located, easy to access and was extremely clean. We arrived earlier than scheduled and Leonice was super flexible regarding check-in. Regina was there to welcome us and was excellent in all the explanations and help with everything we need! Next to the center, close to bakeries and markets, flawless! I hope to return soon.

Flat clean and well-organized; good communication with the host, with good food and tour tips in the city; well considerate local staff; flexible checkout; we would definitely return . Note: For people with limited mobility, watch out because there are 2 flights of stairs and there is no elevator.
