Excellent apartment! The property is exactly the same as the listing, all the environments are extremely clean and very well thought out according to the images. The present furniture is quite useful and has a complete kitchen. An excellent washing machine in the house is necessary. The host was very hospitable. We felt right at home! I highly recommend it! We will certainly return to this property on another opportunity to be in Campinas.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

Easy access and good communication with the host. The check-in times could be a little more flexible.

We spent a weekend in the house. All very nice, excellent! We went with children and the house is well secured, all fenced, the solid glass and a safe staircase. They were very free to play. The highlight is leisure area. Gramado clean and truly heated pool, a delight. Rodrigo, Tânia and Mariana answered us quickly, with education and were ready to answer any questions or help with some eventuality. We want to go back and we recommend it for sure!

I recommend it to everyone who needs to stay in Campinas. The location is excellent, in the "good" part of the city center. The service in the building is good, the staff is polite, with covered parking and a valet. The apartment is very pleasant, smells good, clean, organized and with very beautiful decoration. We'll definitely be staying in the flat again!

Great place to come with the family. Peaceful and great neighborhood. Swimming pool and bbq area are great. I would stay again and I recommend it to friends and family.

What an amazing experience, Carlos is extremely attentive, the cleaning and tidying service that you hire, the part that is carried out by Luciane, is extremely impeccable, perfect, she is a sweetheart!!! We will return many more times, and we will also recommend it, my whole family is amazed with the experience we had, the place is beautiful, everything prepared with all love and care… Gratitude for everything and for all these days!!!

Great house, well equipped, cozy and clean. Perfect pool and barbecue area! The pool has electric heating and the temperature is always ideal, whether it's sunny or not...lol. We spent amazing days with the family and will return other times, for sure Gislene is an available and kind host.
