David and his wife were the Best!! Their place was better than described! The walking trails to Faleiro restaurant and in town were perfect for us! Food in the area amazing. Fruit and Grechetto wine was provided in the apartment. 3 stories with 3 separate balconies to enjoy Lake Trasimeno and Mountains! If we return to Umbria IT it will be with David without question!! The best airbnb in Italy so far out of 5... Had a farewell beer and wine with David last night! Perfecto!!! Thanks so much. Jim and Jennifer

Madi’s home was a treat to spend 10 days in for our family of 5. The indoor and outdoor spaces are delightful. The property is very private but still an easy drive to towns and restaurants. You can walk in the countryside straight out the door and there is wonderful hiking in the nearby Amerini mountains. The nearby train station also makes it easy to head to Rome for a day or two or you can visit Orvieto, Todi, and Amelia in 30-40 minutes by car, all beautiful drives. Madi was very helpful in all matters and we would happily return!

Raffaele gave us a warm and caring welcome. The accommodation offered perfectly matches us, authentic and comfortable, with a splendid view of the valley. We'd love to come back.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

We were 14 people and the host accommodated us in large and comfortable rooms. He explained to us where to go and what to do in the area in great detail. We were well taken care of and the host was also very responsive on the phone. The property is located among the hills of Umbria and is surrounded by a beautiful countriside, but with an easy access to Todi. The location is very peaceful and we had a wonderful, relaxing time, living la dolce vita!

A really peaceful and quiet place among olive trees, you are literally on top if everyone else. Montecchio is 2km away, you can get some basic groceries there, there's a pharmacy and a good restaurant. The road to the house is now covered in concrete, so you don't need to worry about renting an SUV to drive there. All the amenities are there, the kitchen is very well stacked, plenty of appliances and cookware. The pool is not large, but well maintained, a pool guy visits every few days. The house is also cool downstairs even during heatwaves as it's half underground, we didn't even need the AC (which is a ridiculous 15€/day, if you need it). The only downside is uncomfortable beds...

If you want to stay near the city and at the same time close to nature, Meinolf's place is for you! Amidst the olive trees, with a breathtaking view, this beautiful typical residence is the perfect base for visiting the area. In addition, Meinolf is particularly kind and welcoming, as is her son.
