This really is a very nice place. It is right on the edge of downtown. Right off the highway exit, and you can get right on to the highway too! There is plenty of space. The kitchen is very large and the appliances have a super cool look to them. The first floor bedroom and bath is super nice. The loft bedroom is cool. The loft bathroom is even bigger! It even has a stackable washer and dryer! The table top arcade game (it actually has multiple games to choose from) was lots of fun. The parking area and amenities within the complex are very nice. We would definitely choose to stay with this host again.

Angelica is an excellent host, very clear with communications and quick to respond to questions. The space was perfect, well equipped, clean and comfortable. There’s a lot of love scattered throughout the space with snacks, drinks, pet treats and other little essentials. We will stay here again….

We had a great time and loved the house. It was a perfect trip! Only a few minor issues getting in the front door and turning on one of the air conditioners. Hallin & Co responded immediately, came to the property to address and handle the issues. The house was extremely accommodating to our group and we will definitely plan to rent again.

Luxury Modern Farmhouse w/ Heated Pool!

Karen was very pleasant & quick to respond. We rented her home for our son’s wedding. She gave great recommendations & took care of a problem right upon arrival. The home was beautiful, we had plenty of space for our family & loved being able to bring our dog. The master bath floor & tub wasn’t the cleanest, I don’t blame that at all on the host, I’m sure it can be hard with cleaners managing a property. And the steps going upstairs weren’t swept. I didn’t want to bother her again, as she had already taken care of a problem for us earlier, so we just went with it, it wasn’t unbearable. Beds were comfy. Towels were nice, washcloths may need a little updating, but overall, it was what we needed & served its purpose.

The place was just what we expected based on the pictures and description. It worked great for two families. We had room to spread out and enjoyed many games of pool. The hosts were very responsive and always kind. It was just what we needed for our weekend stay.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!"

We have stayed here 2 times in the past couple of months and have loved it each time! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, my boys think the pull out couch is large and comfortable, and the entire place is very clean and comfortable!! We have loved the spa like atmosphere and can’t wait to return!

Cheryl’s home was absolutely beautiful and squeaky clean! I did get a little nervous when we didn’t receive the address but I reached out and she gave it to me. The only thing we had a problem with was the door keypad. At times it appeared to have been jammed or something. Overall, I rate Cheryl’s place a 10 out of 10. Prayerfully, we can stay again in the near future.

Logan was a very responsive host. We enjoyed the home very much. The kids loved the arcade games, the back patio, and the big bubble bath on the main level which was very accessible for kids next to the bunk beds room they loved. We had a great family thanksgiving in the beautiful dinning room. Would highly recommended this home for anyone visiting Liberty University or Lynchburg Virginia for family trip. Great location and we loved watching the red cardinals through the big windows in the kitchen/ breakfast nook.

This was a wonderful place to stay at during our trip to Lynchburg. It was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. The area was peaceful, well kept, and safe. When we arrived there was a cute welcome basket filled with snacks. Also, we appreciated the many streaming services ready to be used on the tv! There is a drive-thru coffee shop (Joe Beans) that is a very close drive—great drinks and baked goods! I would highly recommend this place and felt the host was eager to provide a great stay.

This is our second time staying in a Hallin And Co unit. They are spacious, clean, have comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchens. We like that they are walking distance to lots of restaurants in downtown Lynchburg. We also appreciate the easy parking right outside the door. We already have our next reservation booked. Highly recommend.
