from the first day we enjoyed there. The apartment was beautiful, the view even more beautiful. We were well received. The beautiful swimming pool, enjoyed every day. It was great. They'll definitely see us again.

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

Great stay at this place. We were a group of 6 friends (incl couples) in the regions for a days to attend a wedding. Good location to explore the Marche region. Quiet and peaceful location. Corresponds exactly to the pictures and description, clean. Good price and layout for large groups. Breathtaking view from the outdoor area. Reactive and welcoming host

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

The house was right next to the beach, it was a great choice and had everything one needs for cooking and relaxing. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

Gabriella was a very great hostess, she was very easily accessible even before we arrived and informed us about the weather conditions, she also sent us events on her own, from which we also visited some. She was very considerate with us and our arrival conditions (early check in and late check out) The place was as described, looked like in the pictures and was very clean. The shower was great! We were all 4 very satisfied!

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a great week. The apartment is spacious,clean, tidy,nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very comfortable for both the beach and the surroundings,the area is wonderful and worth a visit. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this place to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Structure located in a quiet area outside the village. Surroundings and views of the hills are beautiful. The apartment has all the comforts and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need (crockery, coffee/tea maker...). Beautiful garden and pool complete this beautiful location. The host was always very courteous, attentive and helpful. Super recommended

I booked for a business trip, when I arrived it was much better than the description says, completely modern apartment and many amenities included, really very nice and located just a stone's throw from the sea, it with my eyes closed, if I ever have to go back to Martinsicuro I will undoubtedly look there Lancette House!!!
