Madi’s home was a treat to spend 10 days in for our family of 5. The indoor and outdoor spaces are delightful. The property is very private but still an easy drive to towns and restaurants. You can walk in the countryside straight out the door and there is wonderful hiking in the nearby Amerini mountains. The nearby train station also makes it easy to head to Rome for a day or two or you can visit Orvieto, Todi, and Amelia in 30-40 minutes by car, all beautiful drives. Madi was very helpful in all matters and we would happily return!

Our stay at Casale Amerina was unforgettable. The house itself is beautiful and stylish. The location and surroundings are magnificent, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The place is quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We enjoyed two wonderful walks suggested by our host, both of which were fantastic and allowed us to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the area. Everything was taken care of, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We want to thank our host for this experience. Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

I have been a relatively frequent Airbnb customer since 2016 (especially often in Italy, in apartments and villas) and can keep it relatively short here compared to other accommodations: The stay was perfect from the booking process on. The initial exchange with my journalist colleague Will, who lives in Australia, was always quick and friendly, the contact with his local representatives Angelo and Sara was also pleasant and very efficient. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description, and I can underline every praise in previous reviews. The basic equipment is generous, from coffee powder to washing machine tabs. The folder with Will's detailed tips should also be very helpful for Perugia newcomers. The view from the bedroom and living room to the old town is spectacular and was one of the reasons why I preferred Will's apartment to an Airbnb accommodation in the same area of Perugia where I stayed the previous year.

We had an amazing time at Florantica 3. Giordano and Linda are super friendly and warm hosts, the house is spacious and Giordano has thought of everything; plenty of mugs, cups, glasses, tableware and silverware, table cloths. The kitchen has a small gas stove, microwave, water boiler, toaster and a coffee machine. There was oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee and tea and even dish soap and aluminium foil and cling wrap. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, a washing machine + detergent at our disposal. Air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms. A cozy sitting area by the apt and a gazebo by the pool. The pool was thoroughly cleaned every day and we spent many wonderful hours in there. Thank you, Giordano and Linda, for a wonderful stay! A ~ grande abbraccio ~ from Kamila and Rose

Immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian hills, a few kilometers from the center of Corciano and very close to Perugia, Mr. Giuliano's structure is an oasis of peace and beauty. Outdoor and interior environments with attention to detail, cleanliness and an extreme kindness and availability of the host have made the vacation unforgettable. Giuliano, a friendly and friendly person, has the ability to make guests feel at home as well as his family, who has been available to recommend places where you can eat typical Umbrian cuisine. The house is exactly as described, tastefully furnished and functional. Upon our arrival we found- which is very welcome - everything you need for breakfast. Outside the pool allows guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. For the more sporty, a soccer field, volleyball, and petanque, as well as a beating jogging, inside this huge estate. In short, Giuliano and his home have won us over, we will definitely be back!

We returned today after 4 days spent at Flavio's with our Max ("furry baby") We were very well received all 3 of us. Flavio is a great hospitable host, friendly and genuine We immediately felt comfortable and a bit like at home The weather, given the period, was not the best but the place is super relaxing and with beautiful views, we visited his beautiful truffle grounds and enjoyed the silence and calm of the place We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Flavio!

The house is lovely! We were three families and it was definately enough space. The kitchen is well-equiped, and contains two refridgerators. The rooms are charmy and had fans in all rooms. It is a short walk to the pool through a gate. The pool area is wonderful with alot of sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is cleaned everyday. The property contains several different seating areas. Use the pizza owen! Note that the person helping out on site is only speaking italian, so we used google translate a lot. I definately recommend this house!

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

It was a great stay at the Sant'Angelica house! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry friends, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the ground is sloping, it did not create difficulties for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.
