Tania provided a great description and instructions for everything at the chalet. It was sub zero temps but the chalet was warm and cozy the entire stay. Beautiful views and great layout to the house itself. We definitely plan on visiting again.

The stay at the cabin was so peaceful . It was just how it was described . The hot tub overlooking the lake was the cherry on top . Highly recommend !!

We loved our stay at The Promenade! It's a great blend of old and new. Easy to get to, we drove up from Massachusetts and stayed with friends from Montreal. The location is excellent and Mansonville has it all in a well kept, compact few blocks. We are thankful that the stairs and walkways were shoveled in the morning before we loaded the cars to ride Jay Peak. Returning to the cozy Promenade after a day of powdered glades, the outdoor spa was so very welcome. Those who didn't ski all day lounged comfortably or helped prepare a wonderful meal gathered from the local supermarket. The showers are wonderfully hot, and the beds are dreamy. Julien and Mélanie are the most gracious hosts and it was a pleasure to share their home for the weekend!

We've stayed at this cottage several times and have always had an excellent time, it is about as close to paradise as you can find. This time, we met Andrew and he brought us on a tour of his other cottage and gave us the history. His cabins and his hospitality are unbeatable, highly recommended.

This place is the perfect spot for a quiet get away. My boyfriend and I spent our 9 year anniversary here and we were so happy, the house was perfect and cozy, Montreal was just under an hour away, the town was so cute, and the Ausable Chasm was beautiful! I would highly recommend this place, and Michael was a fantastic host, looking forward to coming again!

One of our favourite places to stay when we ski in the Eastern townships. Sophie is a great communicator and always quick to response when an issue arises. Plus we like the basement living room since our golden retriever will not do stairs. The heated floor in the entry is a bonus and the mud room has plenty of space for both of us and two larger dogs.

Dennis is a very available host; his guidelines were very clear, the place was as advertised. As we were visiting during the break, we were not able to enjoy the proximity to the river. We'll go back in the summer!

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

Roxanne's place on Lake Champlain was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private, with nice views of the lake. Groceries and a few restaurants were about 15 minutes. The kayaks and canoe were great and they had lifejackets we could use too. Nice amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. We really enjoyed our time at Roxanne's place.

The cottage was cozy and peaceful, perfect for a winter weekend getaway! There was about 3 to 4 feet of snow on the ground but the stove kept the cottage nice and warm. The area was beautiful and we had a great time! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting northern Vermont!

This was our second stay at the Stuga. Last time was in May so we wanted to come back in the winter for some snow fun. Did some sledding at the house and some snowshoeing at Barr Hill Nature Preserve just up the street. A lot of fun and beautiful as always. Nancy and Bob are great hosts, always responsive. Will be back!

We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The veranda is beautiful and because of the rainy weather we had, we were on the veranda most of the time! It is so cozy yet big enough for our 5 women! The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the bedding. We had the best time, laughing, eating, and playing games (not to mention a few cocktails). We are recharged and ready to go back to work! Peaceful home base for our Northeast Kingdom Ski Adventure. Quick drive into East Burke and close to all the great activities the NEK has to offer. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a bitter cold few days but the home was warm and upon arrival, the pellet stove was a perfect warm welcome.

Samantha's place was so warm and cozy! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The views from the cabin are beautiful, and you can’t beat the location directly on the lake. The lake views from inside, the screened in porch, and the backyard were awesome. The kitchen had supplies to make breakfasts/basic meals, the space was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We used this cabin as a home base for visiting Burlington, Waterbury, and Stowe and found it easy to navigate to and from the highway to these larger cities.

Ashley and Eric’s place is an absolute gem! The cottage is spotless, beautifully renovated, and perfectly nestled in a peaceful, wooded area. It’s well-equipped with everything you need, including a fantastic kitchen and thoughtful touches for families and pets. The private trails and surrounding nature make it a perfect getaway... we spent time cross country skiing in those woods since it was snowing too hard to drive anywhere. Ashley is a responsive and welcoming host, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay and Eric did a great job plowing the driveway as needed so that we were able to leave when we needed to. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

Morgan is the perfect host, providing everything necessary to a magical stay in their remarkable cabin. I had complete privacy and quiet, but knew she was readily available if I had any questions or needs. The cabin itself is a wonder of architecture, with every detail carefully thought out and rendered. There are books galore and CDs, the slipper foot bathtub is amazing, and the back patio offers a peaceful view of trees and meadow. The property is dotted with wonderful sculptures by her husband, Alan. I watched the sun rise and set and walked down the very dark night road to look at the stars. The woods are my favorite place to be, and there was no shortage of local hiking trails. The general store just down the street is staffed by very friendly folks, and I bought a new favorite coffee mug made by a local artisan. In short, my stay was everything I hoped it would be, and I would highly recommend it.
