This cabin was well suited for a relaxing vacation, its cozy warmth provided the perfect winter getaway. It was a wonderful experience from the views around to the peaceful night in the hot tub. This trip was perfect thank you so much!

We didn’t want to leave! We felt right at home, so cozy and the view was out of this world. Nothing like a hot cup of coffee in the hot tub looking over the lake into the mountains as the snow falls around you. Andrew was very responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this wonderful cottage, one of the most equipped Airbnbs I have ever stayed at!

Beautiful location, exceptional listing. We arrived at night with snow falling, in the morning it was like a magical winter land. Our family was warm and cozy, the hot tub with the winter view was my kids favorite. We can't wait to be back. Clean and beautiful place. The host was very responsive and kind! Great location to go ski at Jay Peak.

Really beautiful location especially In the fall. Overall we had a great experience just know that this place only has wifi and you can’t use your phones unless you are able to connect unfortunately the wifi was down for the majority of or stay so we weren’t able to use our phones/ hotspots/ tv/ etc. however there is a landline provided. Danielle was a great host and quick to help with everything she could to make our stay as easy as possible!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. It’s such a gorgeous and peaceful spot. The house was clean and exactly as described. There were lots of amenities and activities. Our host was extremely nice and responsive. The hot tub and game room were our favorite attractions. Even during some rainy weather we had a phenomenal time. I would recommend this booking to anyone interested.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming little cottage tucked away in the serene woods of Vermont, and it was a perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the cozy, rustic feel of the cottage enveloped us in warmth and comfort. The real highlight of the stay, however, was the outdoor jacuzzi. It offered an incredible way to relax and take in the breathtaking Vermont scenery. Surrounded by trees, with the quiet sound of nature all around, it felt like a personal retreat. The cottage was also perfectly located for outdoor enthusiasts. There were trails nearby for hiking, and in the winter months, skiing and snowshoeing were easily accessible. It was a peaceful escape.

The cottage is beautiful, the property is very well kept. The path to the hot tub with string lights is a dream at night. We appreciated all the thoughtfulness that the hosts have put into their place. 100% recommended

We loved having the fire pit and grill. Super quiet and quaint! Would definitely stay again. Drive to Stowe was about 35 min without traffic. Driving through the notch made for some added sightseeing!

This house is as beautiful as the pictures . The views every morning are amazing especially while it snowed . Would love to come back here again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Getaway. It was convenient to everything including a back way through town to avoid the seasonal traffic. Grocery store nearby is a plus. Kasey’s place was perfect for our family of 4! 2 humans and 2 dogs…..the quaint fenced in yard, the location- walking distance to town….the house was clean and cozy for our long weekend. It was a huge plus to be able to bring our dogs with us to one of our favorite towns. Easy check in/check out.

Cute cottage that looks just like the pictures! It is a little bit off the main road and could be hard to find but very accurate and helpful instructions from the owners helped us easily find it on our first try, would recommend! Close to downtown but very quiet and peaceful

One of the Best Air BnB's we've ever stayed at. Ruth was communicative, and available for anything we needed. The house is close to town (Stowe) but far enough away you can get away from the craziness of Stowe in October. House felt like you were staying at a friends house. Amenities galore, from games, to sleds, to stacked forewood for her firepit. Amazing welcome basket including home baked bread, jam, and honey. The kitchen has all the utensils you'd need to cook unlike most rentals which only have the very minimums. Every one of our group of four has commented on how much they enjoyed staying here. The place was clean, surroundings beautiful and quiet , short drive to Stowe 30-35 minutes . A lot of hiking around, that we enjoyed. Small grocery store within 5 minutes drive. It’s good for 1 family. We will be back to this place again. thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this charmingly rustic cabin. I don’t have a thing to complain about. Check-in was easy and quick. We absolutely loved the views from the property, especially from the glorious hot tub. The king sized bed was so comfortable, the sheets very soft. You could make this place as warm or cool as you liked and I really appreciated how many nice bonus items they had for use: lots of clean towels, hot tub robes, toiletries, spices, extra blankets and pillows. You just don’t find places like this anymore. Our family of 4, with younger kids had a blast.

This little cottage was perfect for our fall getaway. The fire made it super cozy and it was close to everything we wanted to do while visiting. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at Megan’s place! Super quiet and peaceful! So nice to get away from the city for even just a quick trip. Very comfortable and cozy bed, all the basic amenities, and easy to find. We loved the nearby Black Crow coffee shop — we went there both days. And Montpelier is always great to explore and do some shopping.
